The rooms are nice and have kitchen to cook your food. It's wide to accommodate a family of 4. Breakfast is great.

The bathroom soaps/shampoos, ...etc could be better. This area has expensive parking. 'Don't recommend renting a car or driving your cars. 'Used Uber/Lift the whole time. You have to walk from grocery stores or be delivered by ex. instacart. If you are looking for fish to cook in your room, not enough stores to buy. Tours and Car rentals are expensive. Bus systems are great. You have to walk about a block to about three to nearest bus or train stops.

The lodging was in an excellent location within walking distances to several restaurants and to Coors Field to watch Baseball, The WiFi worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When they found out that my plane didn't depart till 3;45 they let me stay an extra hour.

Every tine the TV turned on it defaulted to the Hotel Channel instead of the last channel that I watched. All the soap and shampoo for the shower were in those annoying dispensers. You had to constantly use the room key to get the elevator to work. The coffee maker that worked was inefficient.

Well designed room, bath, kitchenette. Commodious lobby with assorted spaces for meeting with others, conferencing or reading solo. Front desk staff excellent.

Short-staffed at all times, in lulls or at peak hours. Room-cleaning services entirely eliminated—no vacuuming, scrubbing the bathroom, replenishing towels or even emptying trash. Under the guise of health precautions, service has vanished! This cost-cutting maneuver undoubtedly swells profits, but terminating service is a stab to the heart of hoteliery. Quality of service is the essence of a hotel experience and the main factor in my choosing to return or not. The skimpy “grab and go” breakfast—coffee in paper cups, sugary packaged muffins and bananas—efficient but sad.

Location is great, beds were very comfortable, staff was always available to help with anything you need, wifi worked pretty good, room size was spacious and has very nice and simple design, blackout curtains were great for sleeping.

The breakfast bag was a joke, the first day we got a tiny bottle of water, a muffin, granola bar and a banana, for the next days they didn't even have a fruit, even one of the members of the staff said "Its a snack not a breakfast", we booked two queen rooms, one had a full kitchen with oven and the other didn't have the oven however we were charged the same for both.

Great location with breakfast available every day. Clean and comfortable.

Parking was a little pricey, maid service optional so we had to ask for towels, soap, garbage bags for our week long stay.

This hotel was fantastic. It was easy to walk around downtown each day for anything we needed. The walk to the 16th street area was so close. We truly enjoyed it.

Our wifi and cell service was a little slow. the bed was a little hard and uncomfortable but we still enjoyed our stay.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was spacious and comfortable. The fitness center was nice and the location was super convenient to what we wanted to do downtown. The staff was also very helpful.

It is an older hotel with signs of wear but nothing that really bothered us. The bathrooms had some issues - toilet didn't flush well and the shower curtain rod fell. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't give them an opportunity to fix anything or move us either. I did tell them at checkout.

The hotel was in a great location, the staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly and the room was beautiful and updated with a fully equipped kitchen.

The breakfast could have a few more options but was adequate for me. I would have liked to see a waffle maker.

Location, Cleanliness, Amenities in the room. I’m really impressed that there’s a kitchenette in the room, great for ordering food to your room. They also have many tables in the room, something I wish every hotel room should have.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was average. The rooms were very clean, and the decor was very nice. The materials used for construction were were not of the best quality, but all in all fine.

One of the people staffing the front desk was unfriendly and indifferent.
