Best Western University Inn

I loved the staff! Nick was very good and very attentive. The front desk was as well 😁 I would go again.

Overall ot was a good stay... the exception was that the AC wasn't working in our room the first night and we had to a bit of switching but the staff was accommodating. The bathroom Lights were flickering pretty much every time we went in but not too bad.

My room was nice, very clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, refrigerator and safe. Glad we are back to the regular breakfast now that COVID restrictions have relaxed. The eggs and sausage were good. The Daz Bog coffee was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer. I have a child attending CSU and enjoy staying at this location which allows me to easily walk to the campus, the CSU music performance hall and downtown Ft Collins.

Staying at this location allowed us to be closer to downtown Fort Collins and about 5 minutes away from all the downtown shops and restaurants. We actually stayed at another hotel along the highway when passing through Fort Collins about a week ago but switched our reservation because the price was about the same but it was in a much better location. The rooms were also clean and quiet. The parking lot was also good, we got a space very close to our room.

This best western was set up similar to a motel with the room doors facing the outside parking lot, however I don't think it was a negative experience at this hotel. It made It very easy to park close to our room and keep an eye on our car.

The staff was so friendly and attentive. They always had something kind to say and were very helpful. We had an interior room. It was very clean and quiet. The location cannot be beat! Just steps away from CSU and all the food and shopping you can imagine.

It looks a little dinky on the outside. Definitely an older hotel, but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Customer service was great, especially the staff member who managed the weekday breakfasts. He brightened everyone's days with smiles, attentive service, kind and welcoming approach.

Very clean but could use some updates (carpet was older).

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit. The staff was terrific. The morning breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable and room was clean.

The rooms need updating. It is just an older building and the staff makes the best use of what they have to work with.

The location is excellent fir my needs in Fort Collins. My room is perfect - quiet and comfortable

When I checked in I was given a room near a busy and noisy street. I returned to the office and asked if a quieter room was available. I was immediately given a quiet room at the back of the property, very quiet snd nice. Problem solved!

The room was clean and the staff pleasant.

My mistake was I thought we would be within reasonable walking to downtown. For the young yes, we are much older, but we found parking downtown for dinner without a hassle.

I could see that some of the people were enjoying the breakfast. I have too many dietary problems to eat what was offered.

Communication. I received calls about checking in and checking out shortly after I had done both.
