Cambria Hotel Ft Collins

We loved the location, which was just a mile off the freeway and near restaurants and stores in Ft. Collins. We thought the value was great and really enjoyed having a little extra space in the room. Rooms are quite spacious, with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee bar and sitting area with a desk. I also accidentally left an item in the room, which could've easily been taken. After calling the hotel directly, my item was in fact, returned and staff sent me to a third party, which took care of the shipping and returning part. I was thrilled and even surprised to get it back. Thanks to the honest cleaning and front desk staff at the Cambria for all they did!

The partition between sitting area and the bed/sleeping area is dated and very narrow. In the middle of the night, that's a tight space to navigate. Also, I wasn't a huge fan of having to go through extra steps to get housekeeping to my room. We were there for leisure, but we were pretty busy and we never got around to calling to ask for it. Housekeeping won't come until after the third night and I think that's too long.

Amazing, warm,, welcoming, ,helpful, professional staff who exude a cheerful "how can I help?" attitude. Everyone we encountered brought their own unique personality & sense of cheer that left us feeling that they were genuinely happy to see us & assist in any way they could. What a breath of fresh air to encounter a standout staff like yours that are genuinely glad to see you & seem to really enjoy their job & the role they play in the exceptional guest experience at the Cambria in Fort Collins. The design was beautiful, the room layout was unique for our budget. The staff was very friendly. I would have rated the staff higher, but we actually had very little occasion to interact because everything was already good. The only knock on the staff is that they could be a little more pro-active. i.e. "Good day, Sir/ma'am. Is there anything we can do to make your stay better?"

Cambrias always have plenty of room, this king room had two rooms basically. Two T.V.s with a couch, desk, fridge, microwave coffee maker in one room and a bed and T.V. in the other. The shower was nice as was the bathroom. Plenty of free parking.

Cambria doesn't off a free breakfast but it is a good one. This location is starting to show a little wear in the rooms, still a modern feel though.

The comfort of the room was nice. It was pretty spacious. The staff was nice.

The TV in the bedroom and wall outlet in the front room didn’t work the first night we were there. Kinda a crappy night to just sit there without the TV and the money we paid for the room. Not even a comp item to say sorry or stuff was t working.

The rooms were a nice size and well laid out. The lobby is large and comfy for work. It is near all the major chains (Target, WalMart) and near restaurants but is far from the Old Town and the University. I would say that it is a solid choice, worth the money. The staff was quite good.

The location was good for being near places that you can get basic things like food and groceries and toiletries, etc. But it is far from the downtown area and the university, closer to the highway, so you might want to consider the location.

There was a wall that divided the sofabed and the bed...bonus: 2 TVs (no fighting needed). Location, location, location. (Food/groceries right across the parking lot.) Tesla EV charging available... working and in good functioning order. We called prior to getting in. (The man I spoke with said they just replaced the broken one.)

We thought breakfast was included (per booking.com genius status) but this was not the case. But no matter because our friends took us to an awesome breakfast place (First Watch)... likely way better than hotel food.

I am not sure, but it sounded like we were potentially upgraded upon checkin. The room itself was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. There were amenities that we could have taken advantage of but didn't, though if it had been an extended stay we likely would have.

It was pricey. Not for what we got necessarily -- I appreciated the location and safety I felt at the hotel given the alternatives that were lower priced -- but for an overnight stay it was more than I would have expected to pay. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Everything was great until we went into pool, my husbands eyes turned fully red. He has been having to use eye drops since. And our little one got a bad rash from head to toe but she is fine now. Just my husbands eyes are bugging him

very clean, spacious. Friendly staff. Amenities that are available for the entirety of your stay. Late checkout. Safe and comfortable bathroom. Reasonable deposit required if paying cash. beautiful lobby and rooms. Relaxing place to unwind not just a place to sleep. I could go on but for sake of space ill save it for my next review.

The shampoo and conditioner could use an extra eye kept on them. I was unable to locate wash cloths in the room but I used a hand towel in its place. In the larger rooms a heat lamp/light in the bathroom would be an upgrade and probably save energy cost for the hotel.
