The friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast

1. There was no hand soap next to the sink in the bathroom, room resident is expected to use the hanged soap in the bath itself (2 meter from the sink). 2. The chair by the desk had a sharp and unsafe metal protrusion (see picture attached). After notifying the hotel staff, the chair was quickly replaced, but the new chair had a problem with the pneumatic mechanism that caused the chair to be too low to work ergonomically comfortably with a laptop on the desk.

The breakfast was exceptional. Much more than the website promised. The location was convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and soothing. The room was comfortable and quiet. The price was reasonable.

The toilet paper was very cheap quality.

Comfy bed. Very nice staff. LOVED that the room had a "cleaned/sanitized" sticker as a seal across the door frame. Ensure that nobody had entered after housekeeping had cleaned.

Part of our breakfast was forgotten and even though the order sheet started it was for 2 people the import and French toast sticks came in the same container. Additionally, it would be great if the serving size could be mentionedon the piece sheet so customers would know how many servings to order.

Let’s start with Breakfast,great rotation of selection as we had 2 mornings.very tasty and well made.24 hr coffee in lobby is always the sign of a place I’ll return,and of course available in room.pool,spa always welcome,friendly staff.

I like how our rooms were newly renovated. The lobby and outside needed some work due to construction and renovation. The staff did warn us that there could be some noises in the morning because of it, which we didn’t mind. Overall, loved the new interior of the rooms.

There were a lot of mattresses in the lobby, but that’s understandable due to the new renovations. It wasn’t that much of a bother.

My TV broke and a staff member came to my room right away and fixed it.

The price! Don't think the hotel was worth the price. It was more than my mortgage payment. That is ridiculous!

Beautiful facility even though being renovated. Cleanliness was the best we saw at any facility we stayed at. Personnel were very welcoming and professional.

The breakfast was being delivered since the "kitchen" was undergoing renovation. We turned our breakfast order in at the desk but when it was delivered it was barely warm and not enough for 1 person, yet 2. Not edible.

Breakfast was good. Not 5 star quality but it was free and the way they handled it with Covid19 going on, was great. You just check off what you want on their checklist and hand it in to the front desk and it'll be ready for you by the time you chose. Easy check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and everyone was wearing masks. Made us feel comfortable with all the Coronavirus concerns.

The refrigerator was too cold and there was no way to adjust the temperature. Everything we put in there became frozen.

Staff was friendly, courteous; room clean, nice breakfast offered (although I've been to other HI that had even better) great location.

Very clean Great staff. Darren is a great asset to the hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful.
