The facility is very nice and good location.

Our room was not cleaned on one of the days of our stay. We did not request it to be skipped and did NOT have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. We didn't notice until we arrived back around midnight. The next morning, we needed clean towels, etc. We asked the staff why it wasn't cleaned and was told housekeeping must have run out of time. We were not in the room from around 8 am until Midnight, so it seemed like we allowed enough time. With the high price of the hotel, housecleaning is expected.

Loved the staff, affordability, clean and updated room, accommodating to dogs, location, pool and hot tub.

Had to take my dog out at 530am and my key didn't work to get back into a side door. So I had to walk all around the building in the dark to the main entrance. Not convenient. Also the pool feature of the indoor/outdoor thing was not available and one of the reasons for why we picked this hotel over another. Room service order was wrong 3 times but their customer service was great but I ended up not eating until 10pm bc of this. They did fix it and only charged me once.

Our room was spacious, clean, and had all we needed for a weekend get away. The window to the outside has a nice view of the courtyard and the room was quiet. We generally like to spend our time downtown but it was an easy drive to get there and we found some other great spots around the hotel area. The hotel is built to accommodate large events and conferences so it has a very nice large lobby with a bar and restaurant. Although we didn't use it we thought it looked very nice and would be a fun place to meet friends for a drink!

The pool and jacuzzi were amazing

I didn't like that I got a handicap room because I'm not handicapped and there was nowhere to hang anything up no upper closets everything was drawers and it kind of made my back hurt. It was nice that they had a little store but everything in there was $4 or more I mean for a cup of noodle $4 that's kind of ridiculous

Stayed there during my son’s CSU orientation week. Nice and confortável hotel. Great location. There is a wonderful scent as you enter the hotel. The staff is super nice Wanted to return this next month but sold out 🥲 We will visit again

No restaurant for dinner. Not great room service options

Many thanks to Zak! Not only was he working the front desk, he took our order for room service and also delivered our food to the room. If the hotel is understaffed, you would never know it. All employees were super friendly and helpful. The lobby was very nice and our room was extremely clean. We traveled with a small dog and loved having no carpet in the room. Everything seemed very new and updated. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. We used the pool while our room was getting ready and it was lovely. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was clean, modern looking, and nice and big. The shower was a highlight! The hotel has great access to the Max, just a couple blocks away. We took it to and from the CSU vs. Vanderbilt game and it was easy and free! When we walked in around 1am, the front desk person was able to give us a 1pm checkout so that we could sleep in and have a leisurely morning. Great place and friendly staff!

The only thing I would have loved to see is the restaurant open on a Saturday afternoon for lunch....they had lots of TVs to watch all the football games, but no services. We would have had lunch and drinks, but had to take our business elsewhere.

Common areas were very nice. Staff was great. It was very clean.

The rooms were very sterile looking. I felt like I was in an operating room or maybe an empty office of cubicle. Very boring plain colors. Tile floor. It has the minimalist look and is very clean. But had a very cold sterile atmosphere. The lighting was also poor. Very low lighting. A little depressing.

The concierge was a fantastic face for the hotel. He was personable and took the time to be friendly. Top notch. We needed an extra towel and the front desk that evening was courteous and accommodating. A nice, higher-end hotel.

Charging almost $20/per person for a breakfast buffet struck me as a tad greedy, on the hotel's side. But they're lots of breakfast options in the area.

Your beautiful Hotel was 5 minutes away from our son who we haven't seen in almost 2 years. We swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. We had a WONDERFUL delicious dinner in you bar/restaurant and drinks with out son and friend. My husband and I ate breakfast in your restaurant. The wait staff was always PERFECT!! We made sure to well above and beyond. I would recommend your location to anyone. Thank you for letting us have this experience while visiting our son. We will definitely be back soon!!
