Everything about our two-night stay - from the clean and comfortable room, to the convenient parking, to Judy’s delectable breakfasts - left no doubt as to why you have received such raving reviews from prior guests. We felt welcome in your home and conversed at your table like we’d known you for years! You both certainly have a way of making your visitors feel welcome. Thank you especially for the accommodations you made for my wife’s gluten allergy also; we hope to see you again on a future visit!

The proprietors, Dennis and Judy, were awesome!! Our room was wonderful, with the bed being extremely comfortable and the bathroom very clean. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, made by Judy. The aroma of the cooking breakfast rose up the stairs to our room, which made the stay extra special. The breakfast was enjoyable as we met two other guest couples and had a great time talking and learning of each other's lives, as much a could have been learned in the short time while consuming breakfast.

A friendly and welcoming B&B within walking distance of Golden's shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was comfortable and had all we needed. The high spot of our stay was the breakfast, shared with other guests. The food was excellent, original, and beautifully presented. It was great to share this meal with the other guests and we all enjoyed getting to know each other.

We had to pay a little extra for the suite as this was the only room left when we booked. The suite was self-contained and separate from the house, with a microwave and a sink and fridge (none of which we actually needed) but the sleeping area was probably no bigger than a normal room.

The house is a lovely, historic home with antique furnishings to match the time period. The upgrades to the home to make it a b&b were well done and don’t detract from the original architecture. It is close to downtown Golden and all the sights in the area. The breakfast was excellent and the Judy made accommodations for my food allergies. Both Dennis and Judy were kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts. The accommodations were comfortable with nice touches like Jolly Ranchers in the room, Jolly Rancher originated in Golden.

Charming B&B with a truly great breakfast at a common, elegantly appointed table of ten including the hosts and guests. The menu included stuffed French toast with sausage, delightfully light scones, and large slices of perfect watermelon with strawberries. The Victorian bedroom was very well appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The location in an old neighborhood of Golden was perfect for a walk before breakfast.

Nothing.

Breakfast was delicious and abundant. She even provided gluten and dairy free options. The room was small but nice- not a lot of room to move about within the space but plenty of closet space, drawers and a very nice bathroom. I found the bed comfortable once we figured out how to cool down the room. Great location! We walked everywhere in Golden.

It would have been nice to have the option of flatter pillows and couldn’t find the owners in the evening to explore that option. The first night was uncomfortable but then we figured out how to make do.

Breakfast was home-cooked and delicious every day. We got to share the breakfast table with the BnB owners, who are the most lovely people. The rooms are cozy.

Nothing I didn't like. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste, but that is just my personal preference.

The proprietor serves a wonderful breakfast prepared with TLC. My wife has celiac, and they even prepared fresh gluten-free bread, scones, and cookies for her. Location was easy walk into downtown Golden. Much less expensive/better value than staying at one of the two conventional hotels in downtown Golden.

Anyone staying here has to accept that this is a bed and breakfast style room arrangement. This was not a problem for us, but could be for those who've never stayed at a B&B. For example, breakfast is promptly at 8 a.m. daily, gathered around a large dining roo m table with all of the other house guests.

The breakfast and coffee were amazing both mornings. It was so nice to talk to people from all over the world over a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for our trip to Red Rocks for a concert as well as to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The owners were kind enough to allow us in a little early when we arrived earlier than planned. Easy parking.

This was our first time to try out a B&B, Judy and her husband could not have been any more accommodating. They serve Breakfast at 8am but that is Ok because you want to go and check out the town. The food was wonderful. A change in guests each night. All loving it. The home is decorated in beautiful antiques and is as clean as clean can be. The grounds are so well kept and beautiful. We had to leave before 5am and Judy had set out yummy food to take with us and had some coffee brewed.

In the green room we stayed in the bed was very comfortable, They keep the house nice and cool at all times. My husband is in good shape but 5"10 and 225 he was a bit large for the bathroom. It is perfect like someone like me who is 5'4 and 112. This is not a complaint just book a larger room there. Also, the stairwell is beautiful but your knees need to be able to handle it. I did not ask if there was a bedroom downstairs,
