Comfort Inn Denver West Arvada Station

The staff, especially the manager, was truly welcoming and friendly. They were all quick to assist or answer any questions. The room met my needs and was comfortable. The breakfast was fair, typical of most hotel breakfasts, but certainly more than those that only offer coffee and a pastry or yogurt. Nearby is one of the trailheads for the beautiful Clear Creek Trail, on which I enjoyed a four-mile walk. A photo I took along this trail is posted, and if you look carefully, you can see a Black-Crowned Night Heron in the center of the pix.

I stayed on the southside of the building, which is far preferable to the north side where the rooms are more likely to pick up the noise of the nearby Interstate-70.

Area had a homeless encampment in close proximity & I felt slightly nervous about car safety overnight. Also sewage issues that caused leakage into the parking lot caused unpleasant odors

Breakfast wasn't that good. We ate it the first morning and it was not good and the second day we just skipped breakfast. The pool was also on the colder side and there was no hot tub as stated.It was there, could see and smell it but the owner had put a platform over it so you couldn't use it

The breakfast course was really good good choices on everything the inside pool was very relaxing. That was a good plus beds are comfortable facility is very clean. Staff is friendly fourth time I stay here. I have not been disappointed.

The inside pool of course it was close to the freeway and not far from any places like grocery stores or gas stations

Sewer water gurgling out of manhole in parking lot. When pump truck pumped it out everyday the rancid odor came thru air conditioner making room smell nasty. Pool not open and hadn’t been for quite some time. Got fresh towels and linens once during our 8 day stay. Had to ask maid for fresh towels on 5th day. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No hot meal or even a toaster to use. Homeless people just across the fence for 6 days. Security door on south side did not lock.

The staff, from management to front desk staff to housekeeping to maintenance were absolutely FANTASTIC! The rooms were clean... means so much & the dog park in the park behind Comfort Inn was so awesome! Oh yea, AND... even though breakfast has to be changed due to COVID, its the first place I've stayed that truly gives breakfast!!

The location was questionable in terms of culture i.e. during the wee hours a guy was walking around the parking lot with tools (a blow torch & grinder) looking at exhaust systems & about an hour b4 this another guest told me he saw 2 guys trying the door handles - front desk was proactive & phoned police but left me on high alert the rest of my stay). The location in terms of being ideal for doing anything in the mountains or any venue in Denver it is perfect!

it was in between a park (where beautiful) the park had around the clock people/children/dogs that appeared to be homeless. On the other side of the hotel was a similar sight but it was an actual hotel (Apple Inn). Upon arrival we were convinced we would switch hotels by morning.

We came up to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary and our stay may it even better!! Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very respectful. Would definitely stay again and refer others!!!

Staff at check-in and check-out we're friendly. Breakfast area has a variety of choices and plenty of sitting area.

Our door the room was a bit tough to close. Had to put more effort (shoulder) to close from inside and pull really hard from outside to get it to close.

Liked having a hot meal option. The eggs and sausage were delicious.

I didn’t realize that I would be charged more Saturday night than for Sunday, when I booked the room this was not made clear to me and was not the price advertised to me on Bookings.com.
