The location has convenient shopping and restaurant choices. The water pressure in the room was great. The bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly.

My room was on the first floor. Around 10 pm the people above me were slamming their doors and possibly the kids were jumping on the bed, chasing each other. I just kept hearing stomping. On another note, the breakfast bar was not stocked because there was baseball team that stayed there. I went to breakfast around 7:30. The coffee was cold. Only a couple scoops of hash browns and 1 scoop of sausage mix. The only other option was oatmeal. There were 2 juice machines out of order so there was only 1 choice. I also remember a lot of people smoking cigarettes and cigars at the entry way when I arrived for check-in around 7:40 p.m. That is terrible place to put a smoking area. The pool closes at 8 p.m.

After a terrible experience driving from out of state and having to find a hotel last minute, country inn in Greeley saved the day! The staff was extremely welcoming and apologized on behalf of the previous hotel we had left, the rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and updated. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would stay there again. The pool looked bigger on the website, but we ended up not having time to get into it. Being that its an in door pool, we could've used it, since it rained while on our trip. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much.

The breakfast area was not open to grab your own items. Due to COVID-19, you had to ask for them at the counter. They did have a variety of things, and the staff was willing to give you ad much as you wanted.

Staff was pre-occupied chatting amongst themselves. Person assisting us at check-in seemed eager to want to leave (end of their shift), and was distracted by oncoming staffers entering facility. No one was at front counter on two occasions we went to ask for assistance.

the lady who checked us in was awesome, professional, courteous and knew local knowledge of the city and places to enjoy a meal. I wish all customer service personnel in every business, had her professionalism. I want to say her name is Andrea.

when people say breakfast, it should be breakfast. Not a kids sack. Hotels need to get with the program. People are traveling, if they were scared of COVID, they would stay home.

We had great view of snowy mountains ❣️ Very sweet & nice employees!! Very helpful!! Love the Christmas decoration & very pretty hotel !! Lot of room to walk doggies. Breakfast was really good even tho breakfast room closed due to covid. They had huge breakfast burritos, ham & cheese and egg muffin, sausage and egg cheese croissant, granola bars ,oatmeal,cereal,juice,milk. Vey happy with it .Last nite there was perfect❣️

They gave us another room 10:30pm cause someone let their kids stay in room by theirself. So it noise started from around 5pm not to bad until 8:30 and Continue to get louder until 10:00 pm .Even at one point my shampoo bottle fell into tub from walls shaking !!! So we gave up on it stopping .Hubby called front desk & they moved us. Very piss having move everything that late! We drove all day & so tired!!! Next room was quite but had road noise but u couldnt hear it when air/heat unit was on so that was good. Because we forgot our fan.Was told they take off $20 of our $40 pet fee. Will update if i dont see credit to bank account. Sad kids are free & noisey ! My frenchies are quite & well behave and cost me $20 a nite extra !!! We booked two nites & last nite there was Great !!

We were there for a week and so comfortable. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. The take to your room breakfasts were filling, varied and tasty. Covid-19 protocol kept rooms from being cleaned daily, but all we had to do was ask for any needs we had. Definitely would return.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. Enjoyed the continental breakfast but it was off-putting to have to stand there and decide what you wanted to eat while someone waited on you to tell them.

There was only 1 trash can for the entire suite and it was in the bathroom. I believe there should be a trash can in the couch and bed area for a total of 3 trash cans in the suite.

The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The room and bathroom are in a good size and pretty new. The breakfast is simple but nice.

That computer system is terrible. my booking.com booking is not showed up in its system, the front desk lady reboot system is not working. Then talked through booking.com and let her charge one night, but its system is still not working. Instead the lady wrote down my credit card information and said she will try later, which made me feel uncomfortable about my credit card information. What a bad computer system like this one. My room is missing darken curtain.
