Comfort Suites Loveland

Breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have different meat each day instead of smoked sausage. The grandkids loved the pool slide and I got to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again.

The toilet paper holder was broken --- off the wall. WE had to ask for a new ironing board as the legs were broken. I just found it strange that they don't keep an extra roll of toilet paper in the room and anything you need like more towels from day to day have to be requested. Wish there were more lights in the entire room. The bathroom was very dark and you could see the lights needed to be replaced.

breakfast was good, the waffle line was a problem, it takes too long, by the time some family members got their waffles everyone else was done eating, no bacon😔

serve bacon, more waffle machines, hot tub was broken, train feature at the pool is awkward and dangerous, bad chlorine smell made all the kids cough, swimming towels were too small

The room and bathroom were both very spacious. The front desk and service staff were friendly. The pool was great as were the breakfast options. Parking was amble and the location was close to many dining options within walking distance

This is a popular family hotel (the pool); with that there are a lot of kids running around their rooms. About 6:30am the place is hopping with movement. Also, the snack/vending selections were limited.

Choose this hotel because it was close to the freeway and seemed to be the best in the local area

The hotel was having renovation work done which is fine, it didn't impact on our stay but the booking agent did not email us with this fact until the day of our arrival. No fault of the hotel but would have been nice to know beforehand.

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hot tub was not working. The pool was fun and my kids loved it but it was kind of dirty. A lot of rocks in the pool. It's very busy so not for relaxing.

my son loves to go to this hotel, because of the slide. I like it because of the suites.

there were no towels in the pool area, and there was several people drinking out of glass bottles. They did not seem to have enough staff.

The pool was a hit with the grandson. Beds were comfortable and room was large.

When checking in, the room rate changes for each night. I was not told that I had to request house cleaning for each day.

My father was having a medical procedure at Medical Center of the Rockies and this was a quick 5-minute drive. Perfect location for my family. Great location for grabbing some food also. Good selection.

convenience and location

our toilet was not in working order. The website indicated a bathtub was separate and the primary reason we chose this location and room. It was a combination shower. It was disappointed.
