Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Loveland

The location was convenient for our purposes. I saw on google maps that the main road (Ronald Reagan Blvd) was closed, so I called ahead to ask about best routes. I sent an email several days ahead (contact this property) through booking.com, but never heard back. The room was large and comfortable. Even though I-25 was closeby, we didn't hear traffic noises.

When we first arrived in the room there was a faint but persistent scent of tuna fish. I tried calling the front desk with no luck, so I went down personally. The person at the desk was helpful and sent a bottle of Febreeze up with me, with the promise of a room switch if that didn't help. She also made note of the room number so they could check it out the next cleaning day.

Everything! Room was spacious & well appointed, included full kitchen w/sofa, desk & chairs. Lots of closet & drawer space. No teeny soap & shampoo bottles; regular size pump bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner installed directly in the shower. Nice touch! Shower had perfect temp & pressure. Lots of clean white soft fluffy towels and spacious counter areas on either side of bathroom sink. Overstuffed pillows, comfy bed, clean sheets & duvet. Coffee, tea & water available in the lobby all day. Staff was extremely friendly & genuinely concerned that we had a great stay. I am clueless as to why this hotel is rated 2.5, actually better than most 3's we have stayed in.

Only draw back in our room, installation of toilet paper roll on open ended bar at end of sink not ergonomically effective to obtain tp without the roll coming off the bar. I am personally not an early riser, so shutting down breakfast service by 9am is a disappointment. Never got a chance to utilize the pool, although based on all the positives, I am sure I would have enjoyed it too.

everything was perfect !!!!! I stood her for a week in a suit with my kids and we didn’t wanna go home ! housekeeping doesn’t bother you unless you request service the staff is so nice and welcoming !! clean so cozy !!! the price is perfect !! I’ve paid more $$ for a darn room! compares to a suit with everything !!!! I love the separate bedroom !! the pool and. jacuzzi were clean the week I was there they drained and filled them up 2-3 times !!

they have the same breakfast everyday.

The breakfast was outstanding. Even though a sign was posted about using provided gloves to serve yourself, about 80% of the guest did not. Room was comfy and clean. The attentiveness of the staff always right there in view to assist.

The fold out sofa didn't come with any linens. We called the front desk and within minutes he brought us linens. As we where setting up the sofa bed with the linens we discovered under the mattress some left over food and debris from previous guests (gross). Please make sure your housekeeping staff is checking throughly before releasing the room for the next check-in. But overall still pretty clean.

The size, cleanilness, and comfort of the room.

It was difficult getting to it because there was construction at the main intersection and the staff member who called did not give adequate directions about how to navigate to the property.

It would have been nice to have something available besides fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage for people who are gluten intolerant. At least Cheerios.

This was my first stay in a hotel room with a working stove top, and they provided some plates bolws and cookware. Really close to a Walmart, target, scheels, and Burlington. Several restaurants near by. Off the highway just enough to not be hard to get in and out of.

Maybe the fitness center could be bigger

A very comfortable place to stay. Good, big rooms.

The road works made it almost impossible to get to the place & some communication from te place would have been helpful as detours were very misleading.

Excellent stay! Room was clean and very comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of great food options nearby. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

Spacious room/suite. Nice sitting area. Mini kitchen. Exceptionally clean. Nice view of mountains.

Pet friendly. Road construction made access to the facility extremely challanging.
