Residence Inn by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins

We had a 2 room2 bath suite. The space is perfect. We did not cook as we were out every day but we did use the microwave. coffee maker and dishwasher.

I could smell cigarette smoke coming in through my bathroom vent even though we were on a non smoking floor, but you can't honestly control that. Even though we saw pets on the premises, we could not hear any on our side.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great price for the stay and my wife loved the breakfast.

My main complaint is the $12 parking fee. This is not in the middle of Manhattan. Why charge $12 per day and then prorate it??? Just put it in the price of the room. I don't like these gimmicks of showing a lower room rate then taking on ridiculous fees such as parking for $12 per day. Also, I was charged an extra fee of $12 for using my visa. Who does that at a hotel??? I did know about the parking fee but didn't know about the visa charge and was never offered to pay cash which I could have easily done.

Being charged to park my car in the lot every night. Very rare in a suburban setting, and it was not acknowledged at the time of the booking, or the fact there was a fee for using the parking lot at time of check in. This was not a minor charge, and added substantially to the bill. There was a second daily fee on the bill too, but I don't remember what it was for. Together, the bill was substantially higher than expected

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. My daughter and I loved the coffee bar area - lots of options.

We had moths in our room - the one window near the bed wouldn't close all the way so I think that's how they got in? Not a big deal but still, not ideal.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices including hot items. The rooms are spacious and super cleaned. We loved the ability to bring our dog too.

The only TV in the dinning area was tuned to Fox News Channel. I never watch that channel so we did not enjoy eating in the dining room.

The room was exactly as pictured and facility was very clean. The staff accommodated requests for more towels and even a small desk fan for my sister who needs a fan to sleep. I paid $175 for a king suite with pullout sofa so it wasn’t bad for three people and we even got to swim and use the hot tub!

The only thing that could have been better is the mattress for the pullout bed, it had a bit of cotton coming out of it but nothing the fitted sheet couldn’t fix.

I enjoyed my mini vaca at this location. The staff was amazing. Kobe was so cool to meet. Biggest and most amazing doggie I've ever met. Such a cutie he was. The whole experience was amazing. We will definitely be back. Donna & Dustin

Paying for th parking fees don't understand why we would have to pay for parking when we were in a secluded area

Breakfast was great…great variety! Room was clean and very good size. Staff very personable!

Paying for parking my vehicle in the parking lot…$12.00 a night!!! There was NO mention of that when I booked room and who charges their customers to park!!! If I would have known if this charge I would NOT have stayed there!

I love how they are really dog friendly there. Our family has two service dogs and not once did I feel uncomfortable having them.

Food wasn't great. It was nice to have breakfast every morning. We looked forward to that.
