SpringHill Suites by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins/Windsor

First of all the staff was exceptional! Everyone we encountered at the front desk were very helpful and went above and beyond. We had a lot of questions, being we weren't from the area. The room was very clean and modern. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and had all the extra linens and pillows without having to ask! There were no oders walking down the hallway or in the rooms, which you find at a lot of "nonsmoking" (previously smoked in) hotels. We grabbed a few things from the breakfast area in the morning on our way out, which was nice because it held the kids over until we could get a proper meal. I let my husband book the stay and was upset when I seen the price he paid. Just a little more than I would like, but it exceeded my expectations! Thank you for everything and keep it up please!

I truly have nothing to complain about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The only thing that I could critique is the pool. It could have been bigger and it would have been nice to have had a hot tub to get into to relax in after walking all day. Other than that excellent stay!

The room was so awesome!! The bed was comfortable there was sliding doors 2 the bathroom which was so cool! The shower was awesome and big and it was glass the entire bathroom was just awesome! The tv was huge and super high definition too and the wifi was great u can watch Netflix, YouTube or amazon or whatever else. There's a coffee machine and a mini fridge too. The whole vibe of the room was just awesome! And the hotel itself was really good too has a pool too. I enjoyed my stay very much and its very well worth the money very satisfied!!! I would recommend anyone going 2 this hotel its the best one I've been in yet!

I didn't dislike anything there wasn't anything 2 not like at this hotel and the room.

The room we got had 2 queen beds, a sofa that was wide enough to turn into a bed and a trundle bed. The kids liked it so much, my son said it was too fancy for him he didn’t want to mess anything up. The location was good also. Close enough to attractions but also far enough to avoid major traffic. A very odd thing though that I doubt has fault to the facility but if you put in the address with maps it will send you to a vacant lot at times. We ended up having to put the Fuzzy Taco Shops address to get to the hotel.

The young mother who supplied the breakfast was exceptional. The food was really good, strawberries were excellent. and THE COFFEE WAS READY BEFORE IT OPENED !!!!!

This hotel is close to almost everything. It’s great for families. I really loved the trundle bed in my room, it was great to have that for one of my kids. I loved how clean everything was and I loved that the remote for the tv was wrapped up when we got here, I’m always a little scared to touch that because of germs.

The pool is very small and I wish there was a hot tub. Also I wish there were more channels on the tv for kids.

This place was excellent. Our room accommodated 5 and our poodle. The closet was a walk In and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was great!

The room set up, decor and cleanliness was top notch. I thought the hotel was brand new by the look and feel of everything but upon check out I learned the hotel was 3 years old.

The pool was a bit on the small side.

The property was clean and renovated! The staff was amazing. So nice. The rooms were nice as well and there is plenty of parking

The bed was a little uncomfortable but otherwise it was great.

The staff was completely wonderful. I had an issue with my credit card when checking in and did not have another card on me. The manager was completely understanding and worked with me in order for me to follow through with my stay. Thank You!!!
