Hampton Inn & Suites Greeley

I was blown away by the warm, friendly wecolming staff and even moreso when we walked into the pool area. Our 6 and 8 year old LOVED the pool and we did, too. Nice hot tub. The rooms were immaculate and beds SO comfy. Breakfast was above what we normally see at the free continental breakfast offerings during other stays. The two employees, one is Debby, sure did a nice job making sure we had everything we needed. 3 rooms booked within our group of travelers. THANK YOU!

The breakfast was good for the most part. The location was good as well. The kitchen help was very good. Rooms, as well as the motel, were very clean.

The air conditioner would stop cooling, the maintenance employee was super, I think his name is Ivan Mendoza, and he's a special employee (don't lose him, seriously). He has communication skills most technicians don't have. He made sure everything was working before leaving and going home. Your air conditioners seem out of date, we had to set the thermostat 4 degrees different the temperature desired.

The breakfast was pretty standard but the service personnel were very kind and welcoming. The janitor was also very kind and welcoming. He greeted us and continued about his way. Very welcoming and warm people. The room was a good size and the pillow cases and bedsheets were clean. Very nice! The location is great too!

Entrance area could use a little more cleaning. I saw the janitor picking up trash in the cold weather and I think he could use some help.

The breakfast was really good. The staff did an great job keeping the food warm and having enough food. I loved how the staff accomidated my needs and gave us a good room not too far from the elevator because my mom had knee pain.

There was a baseball tournament going on and the breakfast had kids everywhere! The lady worked her tail off keeping up with the kids and it was still one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Breakfast said 6 am to 10 am . But came for breakfast at 9 :20 and it was all over. They said breakfast is over at 9am . ?‽????

The hotel was nice and clean, and the pool was great! We have always had good stays at this hotel chain!

We went to breakfast just before 9, and grabbed some items just as they closed and picked everything up. The sign said until 10, but with current rules, who knows? We did get some breakfast, so it wasn't a huge deal.

It was nice and clean and staff was very friendly.

Just 2 things 1 the T.V was laying against the wall in and 2 the water for the shower wasn't coming up all the way. Everything else was good.

lovely property, well-maintained, with very good amenities. Excellent choice for business travel or weekend. Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was excellent.

This property had everything ! All the staff was so friendly and helpful , the room , pool, gym and jacuzzi was so clean !! Amazing breakfast and we love the lady that took care of it ! Thank you for giving us a wonderful memory ! Best hotel we have stayed in !
