Was able to check in early with no issue. Convenient location. Pretty quiet stay! Bed was comfortable, big room, bathroom was clean (although could do with a new shower head) Overall we had a comfortable stay
The sofa bed we used for our 6yr old had a stained mattress cover on it. When we asked for a blankets, we where just given a bed spread cover. We made due but would of been nice to receive actual bedding for the pull out couch. No cooking utensils are in the kitchenette and you have to pay a 50$ deposit to "rent" from the office. Not horrible but would be nice if mentioned when making the reservation. Could of brought my own from home.

Kitchenette in my room is spot on because theirs nothing like hot breakfast in bed so yes way to go Redroof.
It's a laid back spot not to far away from NewHaven, quite cozy comfortable to stay with family and shopping centers are just a couple of miles away so yes nice rooms.

I have stayed here before and knew what to expect. The room was generally clean and I like having the kitchen facilities.
There just needs to be a little more attention to detail, such as the shower curtain that was torn and should be replaced, and a little more thorough cleaning of the a/c unit and windows/curtains. I still don't understand why they have full kitchen facilities but no utensils, plates, etc. for guests to make use of it. Since I knew that, this time I brought my own.

I liked the location and the bed was comfortable.
I didn't like that I continually had problems with the key card demagnetizing, even when I tried my best to keep it away from my phone and car keys. This system needs to be improved! In the bathtub it looked like a plastic bath mat had 'melted' onto the tub surface. This should be fixed.

It’s very clean, the area is peaceful, and workers are very friendly
The fee to get the kitchen pan. Only one pan and they charge $50 just to hold. No kitchen kit or just basics. Only 1 pan.

Liked having a microwave and decent sized mini fridge. Spacious room, small bathroom.
Drink vending machine only accepted 1 dollar bills. Front desk did not have any available change to exchange for 1 dollar bills either. Fabric chair in room had many stains.

This was a last minute booking and could not have been happier. It was right off I-95 and easy to find. The room was so nice and clean. I had people next to me and above me, I never heard them. A quiet hotel is hard to find. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a huge lawn for walking my dogs, and the staff was friendly and curious.
Next time I will ask for smoke free room, it had a cigarette smell.
