Marilen in the front desk was awesome. Great customer service.

Booked a room for three. The room was small with two double beds. I can't remember when if ever I slept with my spouse in a double bed. Did not book with breakfast. Paid $15+ for the buffet that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, and breads. Service is on the third day of your stay. I'm not sure if it's for the good of the environment or cost savings measure. Subsequent to my fourth night, I booked a room in Springhill Hotel of the Marriott brand in Lumberton, NC. Very big room with two queen beds. Half the price, (Weekday). Even the coffee was better.

I'm preparing to move into a new condo in a few days. I wanted to be close to my new condo location. This location was perfect. I was able to further familiarize myself with the area. Tried a few restaurants! Worked on the condo!

The only letdown was the lack of coffee at the hotel and the immediate area. You have to run to Target to get a decent cup of coffee. The hotel and area in general needs a great coffee house or cafe or tea room.

The hotel was large and very nice. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly as well.

You have to pay for a buffet breakfast and the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm. Also there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer and it costs $2.75 to do a load of wash.

The hotel is set off of the main road, surrounded by trees. The room and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No hairdryer was in room, but one was sent up immediately when I asked. The pool area and restaurant looked nice. I can’t say more about that, because we only stayed one night, but I would not hesitate to book again!

No negatives to point out other than the hairdryer was missing from our room. But that was quickly fixed with a call to the front desk!

Breakfast was fine -- no better nor worse than many hotel breakfast buffets. However, many are free, but we had to pay $18/person,

facility seems like has seen better days. Drains in sink and shower were broken, but easy to take out to allow water to flow out. There were no light-blocking drapes!

Good rest with the spacious bed. I had more room than I needed. Pool ares.

Hot tub was not useable. You could not enter it because it was down for maintenance. I've had bac surgery and the hot tub would have done my back wonders.

Friendly welcoming staff . Very clean and fresh , great location

Lifts probably need a service but it didn’t disadvantage us , still one available and staff made sure this was closely monitored.

We have stayed here before, but this time the facility seems aged. The tile in our bathroom was cracked and there was a door that was obviously kicked in that has not been repaired or was repaired poorly.

Everything was good

The sheets and shower had hair all Over the place sheets had stains all over the place plus my niece that came to visit me eye swallowed up Due to the sheets not being clean

I did my booking online and I had a confirmation and they were telling me my reservation wasn’t for 2 nights it was for 1 and intern charged me more than I was quoted which is unfair

The ice machine was way too far away from the rooms
