DoubleTree by Hilton Bradley International Airport

Everything was clean and it smell great the minute you walked in. Rooms were very clean and bed were very comfortable. The restaurant there had delicious food and customer service at the restaurant gets an A+.

The room had no microwave. There was one microwave by the elevator that I guess everyone had to share. Also that we weren't able to laugh in our own room. There was a Karen who made a noise complaint on us when all we were doing was laughing. No music on, no loud TV, no arguments, no liquor involved (NOTHING) just genuine laughter and conversations. At the end of the day when I rent a room for leisure is to relax, unwine and enjoy my time off work. Honestly for the amount we paid for one night... laughing should no have been an issue. Going back and forth with a staff in the hallway was ridiculous (for laughing) I'm sorry for how that Karen felt but I'm not sorry for laughing and enjoying my night. That's what we paid for.

I did not like the fact that the location would not take cash upon check-in. I have never had a problem before paying cash for my room up front and putting the incidentals deposit on my card. This was a huge inconvenience and almost caused us not to stay. There was nothing online or anything posted at the hotel that gave travelers this information.

The buffet was well-stocked with a variety of choices. The staff were friendly but somewhat uninformative. The setting was pleasant.

The staff could have been more expansive about informing about choices. The pastries were only adequate.

The staff were very nice. The location was great. Airport shuttle was a great plus. And drink was wonderful

I like that there was a restaurant on site. But I thought the menu was limited. But the food was good.

Everything. Convenient for travel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t get my covid test results in time to print at home so when I finally got them at the hotel they helped me make sure I was all set to go for my flight in the morning

Perfect location for having to go to Bradley Airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. I didn't have to wait at either end for the shuttle.

The buffet breakfast was superb and the beds super comfortable after a long flight. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging the shuttle pickup for our late arrival at 10.30pm. Many thanks.

The property was easily accessible as well as very clean. The front desk staff was amazing, extremely hospitable. Also our housekeeper Melody did an impeccable job cleaning our room.
