Courtyard by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

Hospitality of Front desk (Dea & Rafael) was outstanding. We pop-in during night (after we lost booked apartment) and they did awesome job and help us to get accommodation even the Hotel was fully booked. I can’t thank them enough for all help during the whole week. They should be synonyms for hospitality. For breakfast Isabella and Marcela will serve you with pleasure with morning wishes. And kitchen Chef Pierre will adjust your order by your wish.

Clean, great location

Needed to pay for overnight parking- that adds to the price . I asked the staff for my package and they said it wasn’t there even though it was delivered. It is still at the property and I had to leave. I emailed and there was no response. Poor organization with receiving packages even though I confirmed before I booked that I would be receiving a shipment.

I didn't really have a big breakfast. Usually coffee, fruit and the coffeecake. The coffee was great. We also enjoyed the wings.

There was a package delivered to my partner. The gentleman at the front desk said it wasn't there after looking for quite sometime. One of the young ladies went in and found it straight away.

Location was exceptional and hotel very clean

Bed was uncomfortable and air condition had a annoying noise problem..No bartender on site on a Friday night which i found was shocking they did have the cook in place of the bartender but was highly inexperienced.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, clear Covid instructions, Starbucks in lobby, area to sit in lobby for entertainment and can be socially distanced, room was neat and comfortable

Staff didn’t always communicate clearly. I was supposed to get full service cleaning because of the length of my stay. I set the date for it when I checked in and it was never completed. Then a different person said I needed to request it. I was told at checkin that I pay for parking at checkout, I asked if I could just have it arranged to use the same card I was paying for the hotel with and she said no I would need to submit payment at checkout. When I checked out they said it was taken care of when I checked in. So they can definitely work on clear communication

Good location for business purpose. Near by a nice shopping mall Comfortable and clean room, kind staff.

The staff was very receptive, committed to provimin the best service and conducted themselves in a proffessional manner.

If you didn’t have a breakfast voucher you’d have to pay for it.

This may be weird, I loved the deco and arrangement of the bathroom.

Everything consumed was charged directly to the room, not allowing to pay in cash.

great staff! rooms are comfortable, very clean and well laid out. nice gym and poolside area and too. convenient to shopping areas.
