The hotel facilities are good , the restaurant is good the gym and pool.

U must use the valet parking 33$per day

Did not have breakfast

For some reason I was charged for something which nobody from the hotel has even had the decency to get back to me about even though I sent them two emails. Would not stay here again due to this problem. I am now having to pursue through my credit card company.

There needs to be more detail about what is offered. I could not determine if breakfast was included in my booking. Further, I had the painstaking experience of being charged for the resort fee by the hotel when it was covered in my booking payment. The hotel was not timely in addressing the matter. Two charges were made, which were subsequently removed. This is not good.

Clarity of what is included in the booking. More information needs to be given. Payment issues, being charged. The lighting in the room was poor. There need to be brighter lights in the room. There was also no iron.

The queen room was great. We were given the 10th floor for a inner-coastal & pool view. Breakfast staff was friendly and the food was great. The menu had a lot of options; avocado toast, omelettes, pancakes, waffle, etc. When we first arrived to this location, we weren't greeted by anyone. We had to go find someone to help us with check in. The place is very clean and the management staff was very caring about our needs and how our stay was going so far. I have to call out two managers that made our stay exceptional. KRISTEN & ISA.. I might be spelling ISA's name wrong, but without them, we wouldn't of had the amazing experience we ended up having. Kristen reached out about our stay, and I mentioned what my concerns were. She was very quick to make sure we had the best stay possible, and Isa made sure everything went smoothly. I apologize if I'm spelling Isa's name wrong again and I couldn't find the text messages with her name. I also have to note that the pool area is AMAZING. It's probably the best pool footprint out of all the hotels in that area. The staff & the tiki bartenders were exceptional. We'd definitely stay here again. Overall, this location is great place to stay if you're heading to the Hollywood and/or Miami area.

The pictures are a little deceiving with mentioning ocean side/pool side view. You need to get the correct rooms for that view.

extra charges for valet parking, they had parking next to the hotel, no need to pay for valet.

this hotel is amazing. i have stayed here a couple of times. the staff is great. great valet service, great lobby service, the pool staff is great, I love the security at the pool entrance. they don’t let anyone from outside coming into the pool area. the only bad thing, and I mean very bad is the pool towel service. bring your own towel cause the lack of towel is unbelievable. the pool capacity is 170 people and not even to full capacity I only saw 1/2 people with towel. on my first day I did not get any towel, when you ask they just say come back in 30 mins cause they are drying and when times up you go and they say the same thing. 2nd day same story, you ask and the say to come back in 30 mins, and nothing. i spent 2 hrs looking at the towel lady and going back n forth and didn’t get one. i gave up. third day same thing, i walked up to front desk they didn’t have any and wouldn’t let me take the ones from the room. so i told them am I supposed ti spend my whole vacation waiting a a towel? or am i suppose to go to Walmart and buy towel and bring you the bill so you can discount it from my stay? i mean I was consuming a lot at the pool. i when over $800 just in pool food and drinks and they couldn’t get a towel. im not a Karen type of person but i mean, i got very uncomfortable. so thats when they decided to get my a regular room towel. and they gave 2 free beers 🤨🤨 well other than that I spent an amazing time with my kids and my husband.

Property was very clean and the room were very clean as well. Barbara at the front office is amazing and professional. The staff is always accommodating every time we stay. We love going there and so do our kids. It’s a great place to go with the family and the pool is great. Perfect place to go when planning a small getaway. Breakfast is really good as well.

We’ve been going there for many years and honestly like everything about the property. Some issues with the kitchen taking too long to bring out the food, especially during busy holidays, but the restaurant staff does everything possible to make sure you are well taken care of and very attentive.

Balcony had a side view but you could also see the ocean, bed was so comfy, pool was very clean and nice looking, Starbucks and eateries about a mile walk and actual Hollywood beach centre about a 25 minute walk which we really enjoyed.

hot tub didn't work which we were both really annoyed about and the food in the on-site restaurant was absolutely terrible, we also had to pay to check in early and valet parking was the only option as there was no real car park nearby.
