Hampton Inn Hallandale Beach-Aventura

Stayed here just one night before a cruise. Service was friendly, check in was easy. Fresh cookies at front desk was a nice touch. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. We were able to get late checkout. We didn’t use the pool. Heard there was no hot tub. Walked across the street to the shopping center/ race track for dinner. Not a ton of choices but we ate at the Yard House. There is a Target about 10 min walk and a Walmart about 1.5 miles away. We didn’t have a car, but was able to Uber there in the rain.

Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming cookies, replenished coffee/tea ice water, safety, walking access to shopping centers in the absence of a lively "downtown".

The promotional images are very misleading. It gives the viewer the impression that the closest beach is just a stone-throw-away. You cannot walk to and from the beach. Being off a thoroughfare, and not within a charming or interesting center, it does however stand close to shopping centers and the rooms are quiet. The pool and surrounding area are very limited in space. The staff is ready to please and very pleasant and helpful. The place looks and feels clean and takes safety measures during the COVID pandemic. Consider it for convenience, good breakfast and sleep, and maybe a dip in the pool. Let's just say, it's not a vacation pace. Other than that, it fits the bill.

Excellent, helpful staff. Great location near Gulfstream Park race track and Gulfstream Villages. Plenty of free parking which is rare among the better hotels in south Florida; most places charge way too much for any type of parking in this area. Several good restaurants are also within walking distance so you don't have to deal with driving and the heavy traffic that persists in this area.

Breakfast Buffet was good, but the breakfast area was small and cramped and people had trouble finding a place to eat each morning. Expanding this area and relocating the exercise room would be a good move for the future.

pool hours - why close, there’s no lifeguard anyway and there is someone at front desk so they could monitor noise with a ring-type camera? we’re there overnight and this is Florida check in hours - would prefer before 1 so we could unwind from the road and go earlier for dinner

Everyone that we came in contact with, from cleaning to mechanical to kitchen to front desk and management, was friendly and helpful.

Because of sidewalk repair nearby, we really couldn't walk to shopping and restaurants that were in walking distance. Also, an oddity in our rooms was a closet that wasn't really deep enough for the hanger to hang straight.

Stay here for 6 nights with comfort and relax. Glad to have Ms.Michele Alicea arrange rooms for us at front desk, she's so friendly and professional. Everyday room clean up is marvelous. The 24-hr cold drinking water at front is a very good way to cool down from Miami heat, so thoughtful. Very close to Aventura Mall, Hollywood Beach and other nice dining places in North Miami Beach.

6 mornings with 6 Hampton's breakfasts seems to be boring.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and room. Quiet floors. Nice location across from Gulfstream Park and Casino. Breakfast was pretty good and the hot items change up daily it seems. The fitness center is clean and open 24 hrs a day. The elevators worked very well and I had one of the highest floors. AC may have worked a little too well though. Room comes with a fridge and microwave which was great to have. Had a nice view of pool and parking lot. Incidental hold was released immediately after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

My Bed was a little firmer than I'm used to, staying at Hampton hotels many times before, but was ok enough to sleep on without much issue. The couch that came in my room sunk a little too low and wasn't that comfortable to sit on. Other than those 2 things, This stay would have been a 10.

Room was nice and comfortable. Just needed more drawer space because I usually take my cloths out of the suitcase and place items in dresser drawers so I don't have to go in and out of my suitcase. The location of the hotel is excellent. This location gives me access to one of my favorite malls, restaurants and other shops.

The breakfast choices could have been more of a variety. I would like to see more herbal teas available. Aside from those two concerns, breakfast was not bad at all. No major complaint.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Free parking. Pleasant breakfast room staff. And kept area clean.Pool area relaxing.

Mattresses were “saggy.” Rooms had rugs which makes them smell and they were dirty as evidenced by my once white socks that turned grey. Area where breakfast food was placed was too small for the volume of people.

My family and friends have been staying at this property for many years and it has always been special to us. The changes over the years just make it the more special. We, everyone I tell about it, love it!

I really can't think of anything. That's why we keep booking here. Location is also near perfect; easy in and out; close to Miami Beach, race tracks and casinos and close to Hard Rock Stadium. Can't beat it!
