Cooked to order breakfast was excellent. Nice that it was included in the price. Location was just what we needed as my Condo was close by and was undergoing renovations so we couldnt stay there. The downside was we were unable to use the balcony as the hotel is undergoing renovations and we didnt know until we got there.

The front desk staff!!Debbie and other women with short blonde hair were welcoming, patient and professional. Its been a long time since I have experienced professionalism in FL i hope there seasoned knowledge is passed on to other staff. Thanks again ladies! My boyfriend was raving about how kind you both were. Also love the breakfast!!! Chef is nice while getting the meal.

Charged over 60. For 2 movies and 27 local calls. There was no notice that local call are 1.00. I am In process of seeking refund Easy to hear neighbors and room next store banged or yelled if I made a peep. Not fair to pay 200 a night to whisper, and wait to take a shower to accommodate them.

Good location for what we were there for Nice and quiet part of Boca Pretty surroundings They also make great eggs on the live counter for breakfast Happy hours at the bar was a good treat too

The rooms have a window that opens on to the common passage , wish that were better designed for privacy The rooms are starting to look run down and old, needs refurbishing Pool could have been better maintained

I truly enjoyed the convenience of choice for breakfast buffet or made to order. My husband waa pleased with the complimentary drinks. Although I like that I had two different restaurants to choose from for dinner, maybe a lite dinner like sandwich wraps at 5pm can be served at the hotel, to accommodate the complimentary drinks.

Breakfast was fantastic! Location is perfect. Staff are courteous and work hard to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel needs updating. The common areas have a lot of chipped paint and wall damage. The pool are is very nice, but the pool itself was not cleaned during our stay. Lots of bugs and mulch in the pool.

Everything was excellent! Definitely loved the complimentary happy hour 5 - 7:30pm which put me right in the chill zone after the 10 hour drive from Atlanta. The chef that prepared breakfast was AMAZING! He definitely is a class act and knows how to handle every consumer's needs with perfection! There was hardly any wait time even with the long line he gets you served and outta there effortlessly! Definitely will reside here again if ever in the Boca area in the near future.

Absolutely amazing hotel with great features! There is an outdoor pool, free parking, amazing buffet breakfast with a chef that will also make you omelets, pancakes, or waffles whichever way you desire. From 530-730pm there is open bar! The location is great and close Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend the lake view.

The staff was very friendly and courteous, and we appreciated that. The cooked to order breakfast and happy hour were great! I appreciated the housekeeping staff being generous with the toiletries and towels.

The first day we arrived, there were unsupervised children jumping in and out of the pool. There was a lot of loud “horseplay” which caused other guests to leave the pool area.

The pool could have been better The coffee could have been better The place does look run down and poorly maintained rooms In spite of informing that we did want house keeping , it wasn't done

Got in late. So we were traumatized waking up and realizing that the sliding door wasn't locked and couldn't lock. Kitchenette faucet inoperable Towels worn out but everything was cool
