Holiday Inn Express Boca Raton - West, an IHG Hotel

The pool was very nice. The breakfast was a full American breakfast with choices of eggs/omelettes, bacon/sausage, pancakes, cereal/oatmeal, fruit, pastries, and juices with coffee/tea which available all day. The staff was wonderful. We checked in very late (10:30 pm) and someone was there and never made it seem like a bother. It was very easy to get to from the Ft.Lauderdale airport. It was located with a small shopping center in walking distance which included a supermarket.

The only thing that was concerning was that getting in and out of the tub/shower was very slippery and I almost fell. There was one safety bar for getting in the shower, but there really should be another bar IN the shower.

The rooms were very clean. Whitney at the front desk was super sweet. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of breakfast choices. My husband needed extra towels and they sent them to our room no problem.

The one thing that I did not like and did not complain about was the water in the bath tub took extremely long to go down. The tub would fill to the ankles and so we had to take shaths lol, half shower half bath. It was only for one night so we dealt with it.

I love the fact that the facility was very close to where I need to be for an event that weekend and the night manager of the night front desk gentleman he was so sweet so helpful and delightful he even knew things about my city it was amazing, he made us feel welcomed and even though we had a little bit of issue with our booking he resolved it right away what a beautiful smile on his face.

I don’t know if it was just me but I did not like the bed the bed‘s felt kinda hard but then that’s neither here nor there but overall everything was good there was not one thing I did not like

Breakfast was good, employee who served breakfast was exceptional. She was sweet and considerate, always has a smile . Debt desk receptionist Marcus was great. Always pleasant and assisted me with my every need.

I’m having my home renovated, and just left a week long stay at a competitive hotel and it was horrible. It was a pleasure to go to a hotel that the employees were friendly and polite. Every employee couldn’t do more for me. I previously recommended family to this hotel because of the location . They too loved it ! A

The breakfast was great. The attendant was very nice and was constantly replacing items when they were empty. Trash cans need to be emptied more often. They were over flowing with the amount of people that were eating and it was hard to put trash in them.

The air conditioner in our room worked well but it was leaking water on the carpet so the longer we stayed the more of the carpet was wet.

The daily staff was awesome! Good breakfast and good value overall. I liked a lot the doors on the room that takes directly to outside, they're very handy to quickly pick something on the multiple business around the place or to unload something from the car.

The nightly staff was not so great as the daily one.

I was greated as soon as i walked in staff very friendly and i left to go shopping and upon returning i was greated i was shown were everything was how to get to the pool and how to get to my room and what time breakfast was the staff was wearing a mask. I loved that it was 2 shopping plazas right outside the hotel. The pool was nice and heated my room overall was clean and has a kerigue, small refrigerator and a microwave iron board and iron and a blow dryer also a safe. U can go out of ur room from the sliding door if on the first floor wish we had chairs the top floors had decks with chairs. But the first floor u could walk right out ur back door and go to your car or shopping mall. Would stay again if i was staying longer great hotel.

My tub was nasty and had soap scum all in it. The wall lining along the bottom of the bathroom wall was all peeled back there was hair in my sink and the bathroom door wasnt that clean.

The hotel was conveniently located to my venue for the trip. I was there for a graduation from Florida Atlantic University. The campus was only 10 minutes from the hotel.

I found it difficult to regulate the air conditioning unit in the room. The room remained damp the 2 days I was there.

Excellent ubicación. Clean place, good breakfast.

Because the room didn’t have iron, I ask to the receptionist and she said it’s there, but wasn’t was in the room. Never bring the iron. The bill was for 246.00 My credit card bill charged $286.00

From the text before I arrived from Rachael to my inquiry from Danielle after I settled in it was by far one of my best experiences in the 35 years of business travel... I will be back!

Lighting in the rooms could be a bit better and shower curtains were a bit short...
