Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bradenton-Lakewood-Ranch, FL

I like the close proximity to restaurants and shopping and easy access to I-75. What I liked more than anything was the excellent customer service given by Jonathan! Not only did he go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, I witnessed him being that way with every guest. He handled check-in and check-out so efficiently and professionally, even when he was answering the phone and dealing with issues at the same time. He is an excellent multi-tasker and has such a warm, friendly, and empathetic way about him that made something routine feel quite special!

I don't have any complaints. It was an overall, positive experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal! There are a lot of beautiful spaces, indoors and outdoors, to relax, so you're not limited to your room. It's really a lovely place!! I plan to stay here every other month when I visit family, it's that nice! They offer breakfast, real sustenance, not the basic continental fare most places serve. Everything about this reasonably price hotel, right down to the staff, deserves a 5 star rating!

There wasn't anything to not like!

The queen beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was very quiet and worked well. and the TV and remote worked perfectly.

The bathroom not so good. A dirty rag was left on the sink counter. There was a black hair in the hand towels. There were old drip stains on the front of the vanity. The toilet was just too low to sit on - difficult to sit down and get up. Did not use the shower/tub unit so I can not comment on this.

i liked the fire pit outside, plenty of outside seating area and nice restaurant across the street.

the cleaning staff could pay more attention to detail when cleaning, the room smelt weird when we walked in. there was a booger on the wall in the main room and pizza sauce on the floor near the microwave/fridge. in the bathroom there was what I’m going to assume red sauce on the wall along with what looked like a drink splashed on the wall. it just made the room feel dirty and they only do house keeping every 3 days per the details I read. that is really my only complaint other then the room the main entrance and hallway looked clean and well kept.

The service desk people were friendly and efficient. Nice lobby. Good location. Our first room we were assigned to smelled bad, so we were able to switch rooms with no problem.

The first room had a distinct fowl odor. I felt the price was high for the short time we were there. . The walls were very thin...Could hear a couple in a heated f bombing argument. We had to leave by 6:20am and the breakfast on weekends didn't start until 7...so that was a bummer.

Access to local area. Right off the interstate. Both first and second shift desk managers were great in helping with my needs.

Had to change my room on my 2nd day because the A/C wouldn’t shut off. It was like sleeping in an ice box. Manager would only credit me $25 dollars for the first night there which was miserable due to the climate control ! I paid over $158.00 per night for a king bed and a room. Advertisements make it seem like your getting a lot for that amount, yet I’ve stayed in better for far less. It basically is a place for transient individuals between jobs or coming into town for a temporary assignment. Breakfast was below par by all means. You pay over $150 a night and you’d expect to get more than greasy omelettes, rock hard bagels, cheap, weak coffee and orange juice out of a bag!

it was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had a good breakfast. Staff was very nice.

The doors to the rooms are very heavy so other guests doors would slam very loudly. Also our vent didn’t work in the bathroom. Other then that we have a good 3 day stay. It is a little pricey though.

The overall feel of the hotel when you walk in is modern and upscale

When I got to my room there were clumps of poop in the toilet as if it was just used but not properly cleaned. We had to flush 4 to 5 times before using it to get rid of the feces stuck in the toilet bowl.

The rooms were cleaner/nicer than I expected given some of the reviews. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was strong. Everything was clean and new.. The breakfast was enjoyable with many selections from mini-omelettes to oatmeal/yogurt/potatoes/cereal.

We had trouble hooking up to the internet in the usual way until our 22 year old son told us that we had to log on to the hotel website to do it. That info would have been useful. It did not work to go thru settings/wifi, which is how we normally log on

Very clean, no carpet, it smells nice and super friendly staff

We had to do laundry during our stay, I would say laundry was a little outdated
