Breakfast was ok varied x loved the tea / coffee/ iced water available in reception Loved the pool and facilities so well kept also towel exchange was good Bathroom well stocked also nice towels

Really don’t understand the way the bill is paid ( we’re from U.K.) still none the wiser the amounts taken from our bank account by the Hotel then put back in had to pay extortionate bank charges for the privilege of taking our money then exchange from dollars to pounds why can’t we just get the bill at the end and pay it very straight forward ??

Staff were fantastic, Breakfast was good. Had an issue with not cleaning the room and putting clean dry towels in the room. We stayed for 8 days. Otherwise very happy. Will stay at this hotel again

Not much. Just cleaning up one day during the stay.

The asst gen mgr went above and beyond for us when their washers were out of service. We got back to the room at 10pm and needed my daughters uniforms for a tournament the next morning. He washed them for us in the employee laundry area. Wonderful cyst svc!!!

All facilities were cleaned and worked. The AC unit was quiet which was a plus because I have a daughter with autism that is sensitive to loud noises.

Everything was good, the only thing I think it needed is one more person in the reception area. The reception area attendant was by herself, and it was a busy holiday.

I'm very happy with the cleaning service of the rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast area was very clean too.

The laundry room needs to be taking care or updated.

Breakfast was decent, glad it was available given the pandemic. We booked the room due to the in-room whirlpool bath. Good for soaking away stiffness after a long car ride.

Tile floor grout was soiled in entryway and bathroom.

I paid the higher end price under the impression we would get a good breakfast , it was crap, I will stay somewhere else less expensive next time and go to Cracker Barrel and eat breakfast , it was nothing like you ordered on the sheet of paper you filled out for breakfast and I paid for three rooms that day ours, my sons and my sisters.

Rooms were clean & comfortable - the jacuzzi tub in the king room was fantastic! Was able to check in early & check out late. Pool was heated & clean, with cute little cabanas for relaxing. Breakfast was personalized & fresh. Hotel staff was friendly & helpful. Location was good - right off the interstate, next to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. And free wi-fi! Will definitely stay here again!

My problem wasn't actually with the facility, it was with the booking.com app, I chose the room and options I wanted on the app, and when I got to the hotel, what I had chosen wasn't available. The app had said 1 room left, it was untrue and therefore I had to change rooms during my stay. The manager was amazing and very accommodating and for that reason alone I would stay there again. The facilities were great, staff was awesome and I enjoyed my stay. I however don't know if I will continue to use the app for my future ventures.

I liked that it was close to food and shopping and gas station. that really worked out for us.

If I really had to find a dislike it would be your Turkey sausage lol.
