Everything was perfect and we ate in the restaurant that was in the hotel and the food was amazing. We also ate breakfast at the same restaurant which was included in the price of our room but it was delicious as well.

I wish there was a door that seperated the living area from the bedroom. There was a closet in the area where the bed was at, that I thought was a closet to hang clothes, but it had a deadbolt on it and was locked with a key. The air conditioner unit was in there and it was so noisy and loud that it made it difficult for us to hear the tv and our daughter was sleeping on the pull out couch and she had trouble hearing her tv because ours was so loud. That is another reason why I think a door would be great to separate the bedroom from living area.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The people waiting at the tables were very professional and accommodating. The area was beautiful, well lit, clean, and spacious. The location of the hotel was very central.

This was the 1st hotel that I've stayed at that the door opener was defective. I had to travel up and down 3x before someone offered to come and check the mechanism. I would have preferred being offered another room instead of having to wait for it to be fixed. I had to ask for this preference and it wasn't offered. Unfortunately, I was told the hotel was booked. After my 2nd attempt, someone should have gone with me to check the mechanism for the door. After it was found not functioning, I should have been told we would like to offer you another room for your inconvenience but we are overbooked. Room service should always inspect their door openers before offering the room to a new guest. I expected better service from the name "Hilton."

Breakfast was very good. Server was very nice. The night time front desk lady was very nice and personable. We were welcomed back with a warm greeting and a friendly smile.

We were looking for a place to stay on our drive to Miami. Location was easy to get to, lots of options for coffee, food, and gas around the area. Parking was plentiful and the staff was super friendly. Clean and comfortable with full breakfast being an option in the morning as well as dinner in the evening along with a full bar. We decided to order door dash and stay in. Coffee is available in the room but there’s always coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and inviting. Fridge, microwave, wifi, gym, and pool.

The only cons were the toilet not filling and turning off properly. We had to take the back off lift the handle to flush it and there is no fan in the bathroom. TV is a little small with limited channels but other than that we had no issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was pretty good...I wanted a nice hotel about 20-30 minutes from the airport. Didn’t get much of a chance to use the facilities that were there during our stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom doesn’t have a working ventilation fan. There were several bananas left near the end of breakfast time, and I asked if I could have one. The man told me I could not unless I was some sort of special member. That rather disappointed me...why can I not have a banana if there are several left, and it’s less than 10 from the end of breakfast time?

We thought the breakfast were very good. Some motels offer the same continental breakfast for free and at Hillton it was $8.95. The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable, We really appreciated the convenience of the location to the events we were attending.

We liked the walk in shower however it would have been nice to have a ledge or shelf to put the shampoo and other items. Also it would have been nice to have a bench or ledge to put leg on to dry

The breakfast was wonderful we ordered from a menu and food was brought to our table. Or you could choice a self service continental breakfast

It was easy to get in and out of the hotel, parking area, to the main road. The hotel was quiet no traffic sounds.

Everything was great. Staff was excellent food was delicious, pool was fantastic. I was there for a week so except for the items below everything was great.

except - I had a large ugly bug in my room. They fumigated again. The microwave had someone elses food in it so it was not cleaned out --yuk!. Lastly a pair of new perfect socks were taken form my room. They were never found although I and the front desk attempted to find out where they went.

Lots of easy free parking! The day staff lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet. Such a pleasure speaking to her. Excellent customer service. She even helped us get our room cleaned.

The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find, don't rely on GPS, we got lost several times. It's weird because the front of the hotel faces backwards. You'll see what I mean if you stay here. Again I wish there was daily housekeeping. Ugh I think this not doing housekeeping because of COVID-19 is so weird. You should clean more!

The Hotel has a great location. The Lobby is awesome. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast was good

When I arrived I made the check in I think the staff wasn't in the mood. He wasn't very nice, it didn't smile at us....every can have a bad day!
