La Quinta by Wyndham Tampa Brandon Regency Park

The room was clean and well-kept. The breakfast options were good, but the juice cups were small. I understand that, but wish they were larger. Access to the facilities was good and manageable. Staff were friendly, and ready to help at a moment's notice.

No bathroom fan to remove/control steam from the shower, and especially during the heat wave the area had, that's hard to deal with. There was space underneath the bathtub where bugs could crawl and I had several instances where small bugs would crawl out from under the tub, so I think resealing the tub edges or something to that effect would be most helpful.

Britney was very friendly when I checked in and answered all my questions with it being our first time to that area and attending a concert near by I had a few questions such as where’s a good place to eat and how far away was the concert. I went with this hotel because they are one of few that doesn’t charge for support animals in fact I don’t think they charge if you have a pet only if the pet does damage and I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was but it was amazing already planning our next trip to the area and plan on staying there every time I visit the area

I called the front desk for extra towels and washcloths and the staff never came when we we in the room. when I asked for them they just replied to “o ok they are making their rounds” I needed them then. Also when I checked a family before me checking in and the front desk person told the family all about breakfast the pool check out time everything but when I was checking in the communication was limited. she did not tell me anything about what I needed to know about the hotel. just allowed me to check in

Need new toilets. These are way too close to the floor. Breakfast could have been hot or very warm. Way too cold for me.

Nice hotel, close to shops and places to eat. The room was comfortable and bed was ok. I slept well and felt that safe to walk by a nearby plaza. They have a laundry room and i was able to was a few items. Front desk employees were nice and breakfast was good. I would recommend and stay again.

They could clean behind the bed, there was dust bunnies, a little bit of trash and an empty plastic cup. If they move the bed while they cleaned, they could see the spots missed.

Our stay was fabulous. The room was spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast was SUPERB. Spacious dining room with lots of options. Easy check in/ check out process.

There were a few 'off' elements like a somewhat broken door handle, a chipped tub and non-locking bathroom doors, but we're not too fussy so all was well. The main thing that would need to get fixed is the bed. Hard as a brick and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on a bag of laundry.

We were traveling with a small dog so I was looking for pet friendly period we were in town for a concert at the amphitheater period the facilities we're clean, the room for being a pet friendly room was great and clean!! The door in the bathroom was chewed up from the previous guest but it was clean. Quiet. Loved that there was a a little area for potty for my dog. It was clean of pet excrement but did have alot of human trash which was strange

Clean! Staff friendly and helpful! Laundry room was clean and easily accessible to our room… no detergent available even for sale at the hotel… nice pool but weather too cold to use! Very close to family we were visiting! Close to restaurants and shopping areas! Even a movie theater very near…😁😁😁

The small refrigerator in the room did not keep drinks or food items cold… 🙁 Shower head was terrible and not adjustable… because of Covid there was no maid service each day unless ordered but clean towels could be picked up at the front desk when needed…

Updated from the last time we stayed 15 years ago. There was a mix-up on our room but the front desk staff took care of it promptly. Room was large as it was a handicap room and comfortable. I liked having a recliner in the room as well.

Pool needs to be upgraded with additional furniture. Not enough when the hotel is full. Staff didn't take care of a guest who was blaring music at 3am. I only got 3 hours sleep as he kept it up for 4 hours.

The room was big and clean. I liked that it had a fridge. It was convenient to where I wanted to go. It felt safe to stay there alone.

Walls were thin, you could hear the cars from the street. Also, you could hear every shower that turned on and every flush that happened. Reception didn't inform me of anything about the hotel except what my room number was.
