Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino

Room was great. Very comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast had nice assortment of food to pick from and was very delicious. Staff is short, sweet, and to the point. They don't waste your time. They get you situated and send you on your way.

Only complaint I had with the room was the AC unit. It didn't always turn off when I hit the button. Had to press it a few times. Because of the location, there isn't much to see if you want to walk around and outside the area to adventure a little.

Location was good. Comfort and quiet good. Staff was good most of the time. We were given a small credit for an inconvenience that I mention below.

The water was shut off on Wednesday afternoon just as I was about to shower. The facility new that was going to happen but did not notify guests. When I asked the front desk the reply was sorry I was just told. I later asked the manager he said they scheduled it on the slowest day and time and didnot notify any guest that were there because he didn't feel it necessary. Also took over 10 minutes because the desk clerk didn't know how to process our file. this was the same clerk that was unaware of the water shut off.

they could improve on making sure the rooms are 100 percent ready for the next customer ..example there was a light burnt out in the bathroom , the plunger in the bathroom sink was stuck shut therefore no water could go down and the refrigerator was not cooling…the staff was very attentive in fixing the issues once we told them but I would say take more attention to detail in the rooms ..

I liked the breakfast as it seem to cover all the bases. It was good to see fresh fruit available and choices for people on special diets like keto. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean.

The beds may have been just a tiny bit too soft, but they were still comfortable and the pillows were perfect for me. The refrigerator could be colder and I don’t understand the two buttons for the settings.

there were 3 of us in a king bed and pull out couch room. When we pulled out the couch, the bed came out to the wall which prevented the people sleeping in the king size bed from access to the bathroom during the night. we slept three in the king bed.

The service at the breakfast was great. The lady working at the breakfast station is the best! Shay at the front desk was also very good and took care of your issues.

The location didn't offer a lot of good restaurants to eat at.

Went outside from the dining area and could not get back in told front desk and said no key doesn’t work to get in anymore someone took the sign down!

The overall presence, This was the 2nd time I stayed there and it was another great experience and conveniently located. The only suggestion I would have is to add turkey products to the breakfast menu

Very nice place to stay very quiet and clean the front persons are wonderful and the house keeping workers breakfast is very good I give them a 10 ty very much for the wonderful service my room was 124 😉

As soon as I entered the lobby I knew I was going to enjoy my stay. It was clean, inviting and welcoming. The room was clean!

While I did find a few long dark hairs on one of the bath towels, EVERYTHING else about the room was exceptional.
