The staff was very professional and welcoming. The hotel was very clean.

Just minor improvements that can done. 1) The breakfast in the morning was good except for the eggs. It was the egg omelette on Sept 20th that was being served for breakfast that was very burnt and dry. It did not look good at all. I would just say keep to check on the eggs so that they don’t burn as they are sitting in the food warmer. 2) Also I noticed they don t make coffee in the evening . I tried to have coffee in the evening around 7 or 8 and it’s coffee that has been sitting there all day and it’s cold. Just be mindful that there might be guest that would like coffee in the evening.

I love that this hotel is close to literally EVERYTHING!! My husband and I didn’t have to drive more than 10 minutes to anything and that was awesome. This is a great hotel for couples but also families because there is something for everyone in the area. I loved how the staff was helpful and nice. Whenever my husband and I needed something there was no hesitation in getting it. The pool was nice and the breakfast was really good as well.

Very clean hotel, you can tell it's new and surrounded by everything. There were alot of restauraunts, a few bars, etc in the area along with Walmart, Publix, and the mall less than 10 minutes away.

The room had a slight mildew smell and I didn't care for the bathrooms size, wish they were bigger but overall good experience.

The guys working the breakfast area were extremely nice and helpful. One in particular-I can’t remember his name but he’s in college, going to school for hotel management i beli eve, 21, was extremely personable, asked if I enjoyed the breakfast, would talk to me and other guest. A true delight in the mornings fir the 2/3 mornings that I saw him.

Pillows we’re way too fluffy and hard to sleep on.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise at night. The bathroom is really nice too, lots of space to put toiletries etc. Would definitely stay here again :)

Staff was great! Patrick provided us with outstanding customer service! He was very informative and they even gave us a 10% discount on the restaurant " Bubbas" across the street where we ate some really great food. That atmosphere was awesome and the location was perfect. The breakfast was amazing! The staff really puts in great effort to make everything look elegant to perfection.

I couldn't stay longer!

Super clean with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also very good with a good amount of different options to choose from. I also really appreciated how cold the AC could get. Kept my room at 68 the entire time!! It was amazing! The pool was also very beautiful. Pretty much everything about the stay was great.

There was a girl from the nighttime front desk staff that very rude. She was texting or doing something on her cellphone and as soon as I walked up to the desk to ask a question she threw her phone down and rolled her eyes at me only to look at me and say “what?” I found that to be pretty unprofessional. To be honest it hurt my feelings because it was just that rude. Nonetheless I asked my question and thanked her for the answer. The rest of the staff however was very friendly and helpful.

Patrick the front desk clerk was exceptional, he made sure our accommodations were suitable. He was very helpful to us.

One the staff burned the bacon and the fire alarms went off at 7am. May need more training on how long to cook the bacon, my husband said breakfast was awful that morning, he said everything was half done.

The hotel was very clean and in a great area! We loved having great restaurant selections in a walking or short driving distance! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant you can walk to in the shopping strip across the street!

The young man at the front desk was absolutely Great! Very helpful and truly an excellent example of how customers should be treated when checking into a hotel establishment! This young man is someone every hotel should want to model their front desk staff after! You ought to be Very Proud and Blessed to have someone like him working for Your business!
