We had a wonderful experience with the staff. I had left my purse on the chair of the hotel bar and completly forgot about it. Thinking it was lost, i went to the front desk to ask for it and found out Carmelo the bartender found my purse and kept it safe. Nothing was missing and they held it for 3 whole days. I realy appreciate this staff member for his dedication to his job and the customers. Thank you Carmelo so much for keeping my purse safe. Rolando Sanabria also improved our experience in the hotel and helped me out with my questions and was very kind at all times.

The way the hotel is set up is unique. I loved the balcony. There is a lobby bar with live music, on certain nights of the week and the food was great.
There is no microwave in the rooms but they have one in the vending area.

The breakfast was excellent. The Hotel was beautiful. We were a little confused, we did think it was a bit closer to Downtown, the website was a bit vague on that. Everything else was great!!!
The website could have been clearer as to the distance from Downtown Tampa.

The pool was great and it was fun playing pool in the lobby. We actually had the entire pool to ourselves!!
There was a broken finger nail on the floor near the bed!! There was also a bottle top on the floor in the closet!! That means that the room wasn't vacuumed before we checked in!! The breakfast could've been better also since we had to purchase a ticket to eat!! Someone left a dog in their room and it barked during the night and kept us up!!

The room was extremely clean and the guest service was exceptional. I was able to check in early and check out late without a problem. I would definitely recommend and stay here again . The pool was warm and clean, I enjoyed the most with my view.
I had to call front desk for my heat to be fixed but it was done immediately.
