Excellent! A wide variety of foods (hot and cold) available throughout the morning, and the staff was attentive to keep the room cleaned and well supplied.

There were no towel rods in the bathroom, just a hook on the back of the door so no places to hang toiletry kits or towels or clothes in the bathroom.

The Breakfast wasn't what I had hoped. I have stayed at hotels with similar prices that had much better breakfast offerings

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud and squealing, I reported it to the front desk after the first night but it was still that way when we checked out.

Housekeeping just unlocked door first afternoon to clean and didn’t know. Thought room was unoccupied and needed cleaning. Scared me having someone just walk in but they were apologetic and nice and explained room wasn’t checked off as cleaned before I checked in. Otherwise GREAT stay!

My stay far exceeded my expectations. I knew I would be happy but the staff were amazing and friendly. A good example: a few nights after I checked in I stopped in the lobby to buy snacks. When I took the snacks up to the front desk they greeted me by name and knew my hotel room without asking. That kind of detail go a long way for me.

My only minor complaint is the water pressure in the shower is set extremely low, probably the weakest shower I've ever taken.

The area was always kept Clean and tidy. They had scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, orange or apple juice, tea and coffee, yogurts. A variety of breads always fresh. They also had muffins.

Everything was great! I would definitely recommend it!

Beds comfortable, size of the room, TV, sofa, microwave very useful

Shower pressure was low and the room and in particular the bathroom felt and looked quite worn. There seemed to be an accumulation of dirt over the years.

The beds were very comfy. Good location to visit both the cities of St. Pete and Tampa. You can make yourself a coffee or a tea everytime you want in the dining hall. Free parking. Very nice and welcoming staff. You have also a teapot in the room.

Bad smell of mold on the second floor corridor and a smell of cigarettes in our room, seemed like someone smoked before us. Too much dust on the furniture, cleanliness should be better.

Friendly staff and located near the locations that we wanted to visit.

The bathtub/shower needed maintenance. The tub had rust and wear in the bottom. The shower walls had possible black mold in the tile (marble or granite?) joints of the panels.

very clean. staff always takes care of your room everyday. friendly staff. the manager Alex a great professional. makes sure guests are comfortable and happy. from now it’s my place to stay in Tampa area and surrounding cities.
