Hampton Inn Pinellas Park St Petersburg, Fl

The staff here is wonderful and the rooms and so nice and comfy. Very welcoming, the breakfast is nice and delicious. My kids loved coming down every morning to eat and saying hello to the staff . The manger is super nice.very nice pool and clean. I would come back again if I had another dance comp to give another try .

What needs to improve is room service cleaning the rooms. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice. I personally left for the day with my kids and left the sign on the counter to they can come in . I walked in about 9:00 pm to come back to shower.our beds were never changed and all the lines I had set aside and towel to be picked up as well trash I put to the side was never picked up . I had to call Michelle which works at night in the front, she was so helpful. She personally brought me fresh sheets and towels . She even picked up the trash and dirty Linens.I told her she deserves a raise and did amazing job since housekeeping did not do there part, she works the front and does amazing. She needs a management position or a big raise.she truly helped my kids and I .

Very nice property, very well maintained. It is located in a shopping area that was very convenient to get to Not far from where we were visiting The breakfast was very nice The bathroom was super clean and bright. The barn door is a nice touch.

We did not know that this property allowed pets. When we booked the property, no where did it mention on the site that it allowed pets. We love pets. However, with someone who has anxieties due to experiences not knowing about it in advance put an enormous amount stress on that person and set the tone for the rest of the day. It we would have known, we would have had educated decision on booking the property. It would have been less stress.

The hotel must of just opened! It was spotless and still had the new car smell. Everything was in its spot and perfect! Everyone was happy to be there and the complementary breakfast was perfect as we ran to catch our plane.

The only thing I found was the hot water was not hot. It may have warmed up after three of us showered but I was the first person in the shower and it was barely luke warm. Other wise everything was perfect!

Clean and updated, close to the airport

Our room door frame and jamb did not meet the door when closed, leaving a fairly decent gap on the lower part of the door to see through right into the hallway - and vice-versa. Also the tub/shower was extremely slippery and needs some traction

We enjoyed the breakfast. The manager Vicki was pleasant.

There was a picture of an indoor pool on the website and this was a misprint. The pool is located outside.

rooms were nice.

the water pressure was not the best. the fit and finishes in the room. the edge molding was off at the top of the wall aswell as a visable hole where the thermostat was mounted. lower rleft edge of the bathroom door trim looked to have either a saw mark or ink marks.

The beds were awesome. Liked the shampoo, cond. and body wash containers mounted in shower.

Room was spacious, everything was spotless, and the staff was extremely inviting and helpful.

It's a little noisy at night, but I believe that's due in part to our room being above the gym.

Dirty cup, dust and trash UNDER the chair in the room. The last day the toilet seat fell off the toilet

New construction, or full remod, so everything is new. parking was excellent, staff was very friendly. The room was nice, and everything was as it should be.

Nothing comes to mind.
