pool and hot tub wasn’t very clean. but other than that everything was great including breakfast.

my children was very comfortable at check-in and the front desk associates are very helpful and resourceful. they are water babies so the shower was the most attracting and the pool was amazing. the room itself was a pretty good size and the pull-out couch looked like a king bed from the original room bed. no roaches which is a plus and it was very quiet for me to work since i am working from home. and it allowed for my husband who travels in trucks, to have a peaceful sleep too. my children didn't want to wake for breakfast but did love the taste and wanted to get back in the pool before leaving. i will be coming back. if your children aren't complaining about being bit in there sleep, not being comfortable in a pull-out bed and does not itch when they come from the pool... please go back to make more memories

the housekeepers seem to not like to speak to the guest or be very helpful. i am full Bahamian and speaking about people who they may not seem as if they are not from their country, will make some guest feel odd. i use to be a housekeeper and respect all positions in the world. I don't know what all guest they may have had a bad run in with but dont judge people because they are staying at your job. overall again the staff was pretty amazing at front desk

The room was good. Housekeepers were very nice. Breakfast was good. Front desk was good. Two televisions. Ice machine was convenient and it worked. Parking was good.

Smoking should be allowed around the pool since we saw several people smoking there. Interstate I95 is noisy but it is what it is. Room servicing for guests staying should be earlier in the day. Our room was never picked up until later in the afternoon. Housekeepers frequently missed leaving things (face cloths, coffee, cups,)

The hotel is in a good location right off the interstate (which makes a surprising amount of noise, especially in the wee hours) and has a nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi. The staff were very nice and friendly and the room rate was excellent. They were in the process of renovations though.. The rooms are nice and spacious with separate bedroom / living area

Still a little rough around the edges but I am sure the renovations will sort that out.

The location was good for my purpose, the staff was friendly/courteous for the most part, especially Maria and Eric at the front desk, property maintenance good and the hot breakfast was very convenient with mostly different daily options with danish sweet rolls, fruit, yogurt, cereals, milk, juice and coffee also available. The lagoon nearby adds a nice ambience with all the ducks there and has a walking pathway running along it that provides for some outdoor exercise since the gym facility at the hotel is currently closed due to COVID. They have proper hygiene practices in place and all the staff wear masks at all times. Overall, my stay was comfortable and hassle free, just two minor issues with a leaking a/c and a faulty tv remote but both was sorted quickly enough. Many food places in the area and most of them deliver, also nearby Shopping Centres such as, Walmart, Target, Home Depot and BrandsMart, including the regular Supermarkets and Pharmacies, no major Malls close by tho! The area is easy to navigate if you’re driving.

The property while it’s well maintained and nicely located, it’s a bit aged and I felt approx $1500.00 was overpriced for my two week stay for a 3 star or less hotel. I’ve stayed at similar hotels in the past and payed less, not sure if the Covid times have inflated the price?

Room size is perfect, had foldable coach in the living room. Breakfast is nice, kids loved pancakes with maple syrup. All the staff is very friendly. Great price-value ratio.

Location close to highway, noisy outside, but ok inside the room. Fitness was on renovation.

Location was great breakfast was good with a few surprises like corn beef hash the place is old tired with new renovations with some poor workmanship the pool area was lovely and the lake beside property was nice for walking over all enjoyed our stay

Check in was easy. The facility looked like it was undergoing a makeover. The bathrooms in the rooms were immaculate.

The breakfast was awful. Some items were cold. The breakfast 'monitor' was very brusque and unpleasant. Not sure why someone would be that way. Furniture in the room needed to be replaced, but the bed was cozy.

Quiet, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

Overwhelming mildew smell in the lobby.
