some lack of maintenace (missing shelfs on the refrigerator door). Lack of laundry on the apartment (there is laundry on the property)

The staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen was convenient, and the location of the resort was ideal. Overall was clean and comfortable, we would consider coming back.

The room could use an upgrade (it was a bit outdated), more pest control, there was a little bit of a smell in the begining of our stay, and the rooms were a bit dark since there was no overhead light as well as a flickering light in the kitchen

Place was ok for the price. Location was good for all things Naples. Outdoor grills and center patio picnic area was. Decking was in need of repair however.

Place could use updating, very 80's vintage. No Laundry washer or dryer in suite, even though the hook-ups are there. The laundry room at end of the property needs maintenance. Of the 4 dryers, 3 of the vents were not even connected making the room over 100 degrees and humid from dryers venting directly into the small area. Deck in the center of the property needs repair, closed off with yellow caution tape. Encountered big cock roach in kitchen, but we were in Florida... so..

My Family and I have been coming to this resort for many years. I can honestly say its still as beautiful and relaxing as it was before. The hostess that greeted us was so kind and professional. She was amazing, she had white short hair I think her name was Barbara? and she was the sweetest. Please give her our regards. We love everything from the gardens, cleanliness, the island vibe. Everyone is also very courteous and welcoming. The ducks and turtles around the resort my daughters loved chasing ans watching. How clean the pool rooms were. Very helpful with room amenities like extra towels and Toilet paper. We had an amazing time and highly recommend. Very close to everything needed, a Publix across the street and downtown is a 7 min drive or less. Fun for the whole family. Our hidden cozy paradise.

The only thing I would say is the gym section just needs a little TLC. I tried 2 treadmills and they were both broken and glitching a lot.

Perfect place for a family - you have everything you need including coffee machine. There is also a nice pool in the appartment complex. Big balcony which is very nice for breakfast.

Rooms were nice. Full kitchen 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. A/C working perfectly. Pool. BBQ area with ALL needed to do one (except the meat lol) 10 min car ride to the beach. Next to a mall.

We were a group of 4 friends 28 y old and the place is obviously for 65+ but hey, that does not have to be negative if you want to relax! And we did get a relaxed labor day weekend!

I loved everything! Everything you needed was right there! The Suites were beautiful and the kitchn was well-equipped to every little detail and it really felt like a home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and I never wanted to leave! The balcony was huge and was equipped with a table and chairs and a lounge. The location was close to everything! I can't wait to go back I would definitely stay there again and recommend for anyone to stay there! The only bad thing was that the on-site restaurant was not opened yet but it will be open later in the month they said.

There wasn't anything I didn't like other than that my room was on the third floor and it was really hard getting up all those steps with my bags and the on property restaurant was not open but they said it would be by the end of the month

not enough chairs at pool…we had to carry two of our balcony chairs to have somewhere to sit one day.

Overall it's a nice and very comfy place to spend time, nice pool, location is grand and the price was fair. Dishwasher, coffee machine, great kitchen... We would definitely come back.
