La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach

I was very pleased with the way the receptionist assisted me and other customers. I arrived late and my "No Smoking" room was not available. She was very apologetic and personally walked with me to examine another room that was not available due to the air conditioner not putting out very cold air. (It was to be repaired the next day). When we entered, I told her, that the temperature was just fine for me. I loved the room because it was on the ground floor and very close to where I could park my car. The free breakfast had a variety of eats and beverages. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Even the coffee in my room. Oh, I did see two small roaches. So I suggested fumigation.

Nothing.

The property is built nice in a decent community. The rooms were big and clean and they also had complimentary dove soap and coffee. They also had a dining room available in the morning. I like how the tv had everything and nothing was broken. The bed was very comfortable and as soon as me and my boyfriend went in it was not blasting cold the ac was set on a nice temperature. My boyfriend and I are in love with la quinta hotel. We will definitely be coming back in the future. It’s also affordable.

There were no toothbrush or toothpaste paste. The dining staff don’t stack up on breakfast because when we reach to breakfast by 9am we didn’t have much option on food.

Loved the pool and hot tub.Front desk staff were great.Promlems were taken care of cheerfully and quickly. Thumbs up to all of them!

Dining area attendant was rude and uncaring that there was no knives, stir sticks, napkins or plates. No cream cheese or peanut butter. Every day there was something missing. Most days we either went out for breakfast or went to the grocery store and bought our own adding to the cost of our stay. Since we are Canadian, the exchange rate added 30 per cent to the total. We were not happy about that. Also, the cleaning schedule left a lot to be desired.We repeatedly had to request that beds be made, towels be replaced etc. Sometimes this was done other times not as much.

the wifi did not work during my days the carpet in room 131 needs to be replaced the mattress of the beds must be replaced, it has an ugly stain the air duct needs to be cleaned or the filter replaced You have to put more soap on the person who is there for several days as they don't have to go hunting for soap, the table lamps have to be replaced, the high and low light regulators do not work correctly. In the corridors you could place solar lights to save on your bills and increase your profits, the soap dispenser machine does not work and I took money and did not give me the soap I had to go to the gas station to buy and nobody, not even the concierge, helped me, everything was They looked at their faces for a little soap that lack of hospitality On the other hand, the man who wets the plants I asked him for salt and pepper, he helped me, he took me two and a half sachets, he was very kind, everyone at the counter or lobby was very kind, on my next trips I will choose them for that, they are kind, correct and polite, unlike wsp I won't go back to that hotel that is not your brand...for the rest of my life. thank you so much

Nothing extraordinary, but comfy beds, quiet room, large warm pool with separate hot jacuzzi. Kids really liked making waffles for breakfast! It was a bit dated, but decently clean. lots of good TV channels and wifi worked well. Our room was on the opposide side, so was all quiet.

few minor things really: there could have been a third blanket (we were three, so had to share a bed) and our bathroom door lock didn't work. towels at the pool were dirty?!?

Room was comfortable. However it appears there was a problem getting into the room as it was very difficult to enter it, Room 180 should have the door lock replaced. The staff help us opening the door and even offered to change rooms, but since our stay was for a few days more we opted to remain in the room, Breakfast was great. But you need acar to find places to eat outside the hotel It is good if you can walk haft a mile to find a resturant. Th Orquidias is fabulous place to eat but crossing US 1 it dangerous. Hotel ought to consider a shuttle and activities within the complex for those that do not enjoy swimming in the pool. Thos presented hereon should made the stay more comfortable for the guests. I would definely recomment your Hotel, recommend the door lock be fix, Breakfast was great

First time to stay at this LaQuinta. Easy to access motel from highway. Pleasant reception at counter. Parking lot construction underway but still easy access to parking area. Room location was very near office entry from yard. Able to park car less than 50 feet from room door. I like the step up entryway (in case of heavy rain, assists in preventing water getting into room). Room faces pool area but the sound of people enjoying the pool did not interrupt the quiet while inside the room The breakfast offered was really good; eggs, biscuits, gravy, juices, coffee, waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit.

I found nothing to dislike.

Breakfast is always held in the lobby it was nice cleaning choices to eat from hot fresh and ready and also all workers were very friendly and making sure the food and the cafeteria area was kept clean sanitized and available to all guests

Everything was okay and great everything met expectations beyond expected very quality choice food clean environment fresh smelling food as well as great experience

The staff at the hotel were really nice from arrival till the end of my stay. Everybody was really helpful and when I had one issue in my room with some Insects they apologized and immediately gave me a different room. Breakfast is ok. I don't usually have breakfast, I mostly drink only coffee or tea, but I saw that they have boiled eggs, toast, tea, coffee,waffles,bananas, cereal and oatmeal. Nice Location close to lauderdale by the sea and pompano beach.

The first two days of my stay I found roaches in my room. Specially in the bathroom. The people at the front desk were really kind and changed my room though.

Bed was clean and sturdy. Too heavy blanket for my taste. Breakfast area was clean and was sufficient for Continental Breakfast…could of had more fresh fruit like apples, strawberries or grapes.

No visible sign if security. Didn’t feel my car and contents were safe. People of questionable appearance hanging around. Saw a woman who was obviously homeless stuff her purse with food ( utensils, bagels, butter, cream cheese, bananas)
