Courtyard Villa Hotel

-Directly on the beach -Walkable to restaurants and shops -Communication was prompt and clear -Updated shower -Earlier check-in time than most hotels -Employees friendly, helpful, present, easy to reach

-Door to room is glass with a see through roller blind. Completely see through to anybody walking by. -Old… which has charm… but just be prepared for some rusty, aged things like windows, door handles -Pool is teeny tiny in a courtyard… not in the typical sunny space behind a hotel. -Parking lot is small. I think there might be 7 rooms and 7 spots. And no way to avoid non-guests from parking there (is no gate, attendant, etc.) Also, very tight to turn around in -TV is small

While we are used to more fancy stays and this hotel needs some things upgraded, we were absolutely contented by this quaint only 8 room location. There are numerous places to stay in the area, but none with this wonderful feel right on the beach. I would return again and again, but if it changes we will not. Ms V is an absolute help and cares so much about cleanliness and whatever you need. This is a personal and fantastic touch! Anyone who has been in a villa knows things are old but wonderful for it!

The sofa needs to be steam cleaned, need a few umbrellas for use and a few more lounge chairs out back so everyone has one. (The patrons next door were taking them to the beach and it could easily have become a problem)

The location was great, right on the beach! The hot tub was big enough to be very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The private sand area was great though the beach wasn't crowded. Very close to a lot of restaurants. The price was good especially for the area. The set up of the hot tub was great and set a nice tropical vacation vibe!

Everything was run down. It was very clear that things haven't been updated even when needed. Everything was a little rough looking. Many little things like the microwave button constantly got stuck (had to use tweezers to unstick), sanded area seats were partly beaten up and some broken, hot tub needed a good deep clean, shades broken in some spots, kitchen area had a good amount of surface damage, many essentuals in the kitchen was missing (only one small bowl, many dishes were dirty, ect.). The door to each of the rooms was made of glass with a shade blocking most (not all if someone tried peeking in they could see into the room) of the view into the room.

This place is a piece of paradise right on the beach with a nice big sized, one of a kind hot tub. The beach is beautiful beyond the words and the hot tub is excellent for rainy and/or chilly days. When we were tired from swimming we chilled in the hot tub. We loved everything and everyone we have encountered especially Ms. V. Would love to come again next year.

We had a lot of rain during our stay but the hot tub was a lifesaver and we ended up still enjoying our vacation.

Miss V. Was amazing! She basically managed our stay. She cleaned thoroughly and attended to all of our needs. She was so friendly and welcoming and made it feel comfortable because if her demeanor. She is a sure asset to your facility. Thank you for a great relaxing stay

Our room was extremely small. We made it work. The door to the room was see through.???? That was horrible. We had to makeshift a curtain for privacy. Also could not get the closed caption offthe tv and the tv for the blind

This was my second time staying Here and the location and view is perfect, steps from ocean you can walk to everything and miss v is the absolute best most accommodating housekeeper ever. She was amazing last time and again this time. We are coming in a week and my 11 yr old daughter insists we go see her even though we couldn't get a room there. I agree, can't wait to go say hi!

If you want something fancy this isn't It if you want reasonable beach front location close to everything clean and great staff this is the one

The housekeeper Ms. V. did an extraordinary job and tried always to make us happy. The hotel is directly at the beach and allows dogs, which is really great. The heated jacuzzi is also perfect for colder days.

The furniture in the room was pretty old and worn. The bathroom is so small that it is not comfortable anymore. We were told that the hotel will be renovated this year and are looking forward to coming back when the renovation was done.

We love the location and will surely go back.

The only problem was the beds, everything else is wonderful.

First, Miss V is wonderful—so kind and helpful! if you need anything, she will take care of it! The view from the balcony was amazing!!! You can literally see the water and palm trees laying in the bed!

Overall, the stay was great, but the facilities are wearing down. Little things like it is difficult to open and close the balcony door and the bathroom needs some TLC.

Ms. V gave us a very warm welcome and checked with us daily on any needs we might have, she was so helpful and nice which is all to absent in people these days. Fellow guests were nice and friendly with everyone.

Needs some painting and power washing. Updating doors, curtains etc. Extra linens for housekeeping seems to be needed.
