Great staff, lobby store offered everything you could need and more. Located in a great area, close to everything, overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

The carpet and that there were no screens for the balcony/patio doors so you weren't able to let in fresh air.

I booked two rooms to spend time at the beach before heading on my cruise. I chose this location due to the beach being close. Unfortunately, it rained, I didn't make it to the beach however, we were not far from the outlet which I loved. The cleanliness of the rooms were great, with meticulous attention given to even the smallest details - fresh, crisp linens, sparkling bathrooms, and dust-free surfaces. The hotel's staff, was very helpful and friendly. Every employee, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, exuded warmth and professionalism, offering prompt assistance with a genuine smile.

Not a terrible location, but not great either. Nothing much in the immediate area except Dunkin, Subway Sandwiches, etc.

The staff were very accommodating, and were running their butts off to accomodate our needs. (clearly short staffed). The free shuttle was a great amenity. The value was good for Florida and the location. "The Bistro" restaurant food & drinks was DELICIOUS and the waiters & waitresses was EXCELLENT! This was BY FAR, THE BEST part of our stay! :)

One concierge wasn't very hospitalible or accommodating. While the others were wonderful & ran their butts off to accomodate our needs. (clearly due to short staffing.) THE WORST PART of our stay was the GOD AWFUL sofa bed and cot mattress', It hurt our bodies SO BAD to sleep on but we had no other choice to use them. Due to this, We REALLY could've used a Hot Tub NOT a Jacuzzi. *Notice amenities says, "jacuzzi". Because it's DEFINITELY NOT a Hot Tub!. The water wasn't even hot, and VERY LOW jet pressure.

Everything was great, from the food at the bistro for breakfast and dinner to the staff. 95% of the staff was unbelievably nice and attentive with always greeting you with smiles. The beds were comfortable except the pillows

The beds were comfortable only negative is they automatically provide down pillows instead of the alternative and they flatten out real quick, had to switch to alternative pillows. The bistro closed at 930, which if you are working later you may miss it, even changing it to 10 may help many!

no coffee ,maker in room our room /balcony over looked the parking lot BOTH elevators were out of service for multi hours- not bad walking DOWN the stairs , HATED walking up FIVE flights of stairs

I enjoyed the size of the room, balcony, and that our ice machine we just outside the elevator on our floor.

Part of the reason I picked this hotel was the pool. It was smaller than appeared online, which isn’t a big deal because there wasn’t a ton of people in it. However, the water wasn’t the cleanest. It had white particles in it and a bit of dirt/leaves etc. I hated the iguanas that were there just roaming around the pool. It didn’t make me feel comfortable just walk freely around the pool or just lay out to get sun.

Nicely landscaped, clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Friendly, helpful staff. Although located close to larger streets, the room was extremely quiet. Lively beach life, restaurants and bars are 4 to 6 minutes away by car or about 20 minutes walking. Windows are large and operable. Fire escapes are well placed for a positive sense of life safety.

Strong smell from household cleaners that fortunately dissipated rather quickly.
