Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Cypress Creek

I liked how friendly most of the staff was. Sonia 2 other girls @ the front desk, the lady with the food service.

The fact that my boyfriend fell 2 times, and NO sort of compensation was offered!! First ty he fell on his knee then in the elevator he fell on his butt due to water or liquid in the N elevator.

Most of the desk staff were very friendly. Housekeeping staff too.

Housekeeping were communicating by yelling too each other down the halls some mornings. Woke me up from sleeping. Just keep in mind some are on vacation and want to sleep without noise like thst outside.

Easy check-in, the front desk staff at check-in, and check out were very nice ladies. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection of items. The breakfast staff kept everything well stocked.

I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight stay for work so I didn’t use many of the facilities and breakfast wasn’t available yet due to my early check out. However the hotel was clean and I felt safe. The employees were all very friendly and helpful!

Nothing the hotel could do but the hall I was on was very noisy late at night and early morning. People kept slamming their doors shut instead of quietly closing them behind them. At one point a lady even went out into the hall to yell at another guest in another room and had her crying child with her. Didn’t get much sleep as you can imagine.

The place was spotless everywhere I went. The breakfast was great. The pool area was very nice and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. We had the best experience with the staff,and they made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable for me, my husband, and our 5 year old son. We travel quite a lot, so we are getting to be experts on hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area. This hotel exceeded our expectations by far! I loved the front desk staff,the housekeeping staff was great, they're all doing an excellent job here. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The shower curtain rod sagged,making the curtain difficult to keep closed. Most hotels have this same issue,so not that inconvenient. Also they have no guest laundry room, I don't like anyone washing my britches, but that has nothing to do with the staff at all!

I loved the room,the lobby,the breakfast, the pool,the staff was super friendly and helpful and professional. They were all available whenever I wanted anything. Even a bar of soap. The rates were great! The place was spotless everywhere I went! The parking lot was more than adequate. The staff was awesome! The young black lady at the desk was the best I've ever had in my travels. I'm going to find out her name and send a good word to her corporate office, which I almost never do,unless I receive exceptional service, which she provided.

I am happy with just about everything. Except, the shower curtain rod in my room was drooping down which made it a challenge to keep it closed.Most hotels have this same issue. Next, they don't seem to have guest laundry available. I was told housekeeping can do my laundry, but I'm a little OCD and won't have the staff wash my britches. No offense to the staff at all.

The staff was pleasant. Even though only came across a couple people. Very clean and safe. I was afraid of coming bc of horrible reviews. But was relieved once there. Very clean and calm environment in family friendly neighborhood. Check in was easy so was check out. Recommended with kids - wish rooms were bigger. Pool area was clean jacuzzi worked perfect rly for cool temperature at night that weekend

No housekeeping. Kept having to get my towels downstairs and also breakfast is over too over. Should be til 9 liek everywhere else. Wifi was extremely weak.

staff was excellent. room was clean. bed comfortable. great water pressure in the shower. good breakfast.

I thought the carpets outside the room needed to get changed or shampooed really well. it didn’t give me a great feeling as I walked to the room, but ended up very happy once in the room.

Air conditioner worked good... clean,no funky smells like some other places. Carpet in hallways could be changed. Room carpet and bath was clean. Furniture chairs could be updated... overall comfortable stay.

Shower had great pressure but tub diverter did not direct all water to shower head... some water coming out of tub spout and couldn’t stop it.

Both breakfast and location were excellent

Just need to remodel the facilities which we were told would be completed later this year
