La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Ft. Lauderdale Tamarac East

The hotel location is great for shopping, the customer service of the hotel staff was great as well. The bed and the air condition was comfortable and the space in the room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I would stay again mainly of location convenience to turnpike and I-95.

The decor of the rooms are in need of updating and the rooms needs proper clean especially the bathrooms. Some of the lights fixtures and switches weren't working.The price wasn't worth the room of the king suite but it was convenient. This hotel didnt have any luggage carts but stated replacements were already ordered.

The breakfast self service was great

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. They made us feel at home and like family. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds will hold u hostage because of how soft and comfy they were.😅 Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely return and recommend the hotel to others

The only issues I encountered was the tv and the pool.The tv was not working. We reported the issue to front desk and we were informed that maintenance would look into it the following day. He came the next day and had to get another tv out of an empty room. That tv did work however it was unable to switch channels and had to stay on the news channel, (much to the disappointment of my son).Then the tv would freeze and only able to hear audio and no visual. We were told that most of the TV's at the hotel were having the same problem.We went to the pool but couldn't go in because it wasn't cleaned from the previous day.Those were the only issues,other than that our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend and this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Fort Lauderdale

I enjoyed the breakfast that they offer. It's mainly carbs, but a fresh made waffle has never hurt anyone. The staff is very attentive, we had an issue with our rooms AC and they sent someone immediately to fix it. It's nothing to spectacular as a hotel and the amenities it offers, but it's good for what you pay. My friend and I mainly used the hotel as a place to just store our things since we were going to be out the majority of our stay. But it was very pleasant to return there and rest and relax. The checkout time is perfect as well. Noon is just right to leave. Not too early, not too late.

They could have cleaned the bedrooms a little more. I found in the window a water bottle that I wasn't sure who it was from. They should offer a little more of a selection for breakfast as well.

My husband was surprised by the variety or breakfast items since everyone has stopped continental breakfast due to Covid.

Not having someone at 3a pounding in the door either next to us or downstairs.

Cleanliness and price and team members. Over all was okay.

The bath tub was half full with dirty water. I went to front desk and the evening team member gave me a bottle of cleaner and a rag, told me I had to clean... Next day I told the morning team member she comped me 1 night. T.V. doesn't work well. My last night had no T.V.

The bed was so comfortable. Also, loved having a microwave & refrigerator in the room.

The "free breakfast" was a joke!!! I'm from NYC & not used to making my own toast & no room service!!! Also, there was no ice in the ice machine on my floor!!!! I was furious!!!!😠 As hot as it is in FLL, all floors should ice!!!

Cleanliness the kids loved the pool housekeeping was nice made sure we had what we needed breakfast was ok

The office person was a little unkind but it was alot of ppl she probably was overwhelmed the pool was supposed to be closed at 9 they close it at 6 didn't understand that part

The employees were nice, hospitable, and very helpful with everything that needed to be done to make us and other customers comfortable.

Some of the drainage in the sinks were very slow. We had to lift the stopper in order for it to drain a bit faster. The tub had rust spots around the drain hole.

Location wasn't far from where I needed to be. No real issues. Parking was good. Devices worked. Wifi worked. Food places etc close by.

Nothing to dislike really. I kept hearing there ac unit starting up during the nights though i had turned it off after the first night as I didn't need it. Turns out it had an issue and kept trying to start then displaying F1
