I loved that your staff was very very professional not only were they professional but they're outgoing they make you feel at home comfortable you know the way they greet you you feel like it's a place you want to be it's peaceful it's quiet and your staff especially at the register the women and men at your registers when you come in at the front desk they're amazing yeah they really are and I would say this is a great place to visit you'll enjoy the staff the comfort of the rooms and it's just very beautiful and comfortable it's worth coming to and the breakfast is exceptional that's if you don't mind gaining weight cuz the food so good. Laugh out loud

The prices were a little bit steep and they fluctuate if they if it wasn't as expensive as it is I would stay here you know probably in a permanent basis even though it's a hotel I stayed at the extended stay for over a year but when their prices got really crazy I left well we left my boyfriend and I but it's a very enjoyable place so there's not much I can say about not liking the place I love the place

Breakfast was delicious. Thank you! The room, elevator, hallways and lobby was very clean. When I checked out, I needed to continue on with my work. I asked and was allowed to sit just around the corner from the breakfast area. I was very pleased about that. I was able to accomplished what I needed at the hotel before my final departure. Thank you! Would have extended my stay but the rate I previously had had increase.

The AC in my room was a bit too cold. There was no way to adjust it. When I opened the front door to depart, I could smell smoke. I thought I was in a smoke free zone.

The room was exceptionally clean, the beds was comfortable, breakfast was ok.

Honestly don't remember anything i did not like.

Room and bathroom were clean, and staff was attentive. Room had mini-fridge & microwave. Breakfast was included, and it was good to start the day with. Pool was handy during hot days. Location has easy access to public transportation (bus & TriRail), plus there are several options to get food from, nearby.

Some parts of the room were a little worn out, but overall it was good value for the price paid.

The staff here id extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property. Very Clean. Tanisha helped me out with all of my requests..

The key card system for entry was constantly not allowing entry. This was very inconvenient. This is the only issue I have. They need to address this.

I loved it from the time, we checked in. The Staff was extremely pleasant. Especially. Your front desk clerk. By the name of ( Tanisha Lakes ) Give me & my husband extremely Pleasant. All your staff was excellent. But! I compliment her the most.

Elevator break down. But! They were very efficient with making sure. It got fixed. Within hours. It was Fixed.

For what was given as a Breakfast was a joke, a bottled water, a very small muffin & a apple?? 2 months back in Jacksonville they had muffins & a better assortment of food. Wouldn't hurt to give either a orange, or banana or some other type of fruit. Wouldn't hurt to give a small pack of orange juice if nothing else. A muffin ( not like you give some 1 year old) would have been nice, after all people are traveling & look towards the overnight place to at least make them feel welcomed. I will say the bed was great to sleep in & glad place is pet friendly as I have a dog that I have to take with me on my trips.

Customer service was Awesome!!! Having a microwave, refrigerator and the bed is very comfortable

The only thing I could say is the breakfast I wish I knew that it wasn't going to be any hot food the snack bags they could do better I ate the Apple an it upset my stomach really bad repeatedly in the restroom but the muffin was delicious!!! Well my last night before check out on Sunday morning it's going to be noisy we have people that has checked in and they are very loud trying to not call downstairs... It's been very peaceful here and quiet I know it's a family affair so I'm going to try and not be a snitch lol

Breakfast is great

Didn’t like that the maintenance of pool and the jacuzzi still not dealt with. When I get out of the jacuzzi. I be itching bad. The whole family. Stayed already 4x’s and nothing had been done to the pool or the jacuzzi

This location was clean and more comfortable than the other locations I previously visited. The service was good too.

Someone on the other side of the room I stay in was smoking. You could smell it in the air as you open the door. I had to put down a towel at the front door to keep out the smell in my room.
