Club Wyndham Palm-Aire

This is the second time we stayed here. Love it!!! On the last night, we went to the quiet pool with other family members who came along with us. We basically had the whole pool to ourselves. The kids truly enjoyed themselves the whole time and had rather stay here than go to the beach. There are plenty of grills around if you want to cookout. Our room was humongous and it was only a 1 bedroom place!!! It was so huge that all 13 of us had dinner there comfortably. It was a beautiful experience! an Would definitely stay again.

The concierge was a little aggressive and assertive in trying to schedule a timeshare tour after being told we would pass on it.

there were a few maintenance issues such as problems with the elevator in Fountain Palm

The property has so many events to participate in during the day. Spacious, home away from home certainly. Great staff- very friendly and personable.

I’m sure it was only our unit- but there were little sugar ants by the stove. That was my biggest issue. As well as the shower floors had a lot of what looked like calcium buildup. The channels provided weren’t the best and wish there was a way to set up our Netflix etc. The have dish because it rained and we weren’t able to watch for a while but again, not a major issue.

The location was perfect. And I Love the staff hospitality was awesome especially the agent Dario I had a problem with my reservation and he didn't stop until I was straight I could say from a scale 1-10 i would give him a 10.

I didn't like that the fire alarm went off and I had to be out side for over 3hrs from 12am -3am. No compensation. Stayed in July and the alarm went off and same thing had to be outside for hours. The check out time need to be later.

property had so many activities for kids to participate in. our children loved playing ping pong and volleyball. they didn’t have time to try out the miniature golf course. loved having so many pools to choose from.

the kids activity center is a great idea, but some attention needs to be made. we tried playing the air hockey table and quickly realized the goal was broken so the puck got stuck. only one elevator was working in the building we were in so it caused some additional delays during busy times.

the size of the rooms, very well equipped with hair drier/s, ironing board, we’ll equipped kitchen great to have free parking at sister beach. lovely swimming pools. friendly staff at pool bar and lifeguards

noise from outside, not well insulated. could do with a kettle for the British!hard sell in going to timeshare presentation. off putting when only staying a couple of days

i love the resort..its a great family friendly ...alot to do for the children and parents.

i did not like how they charge for parking. You are a guest at their resort and they hit you with a $20 a day parking fee I think that was so unfair plus I found out about it upon check in. That was additional funds coming out my spending,

The room was exceptionally clean. Very large suite. Loved the location. Loved that the unit had laundry and kitchen 😍 👌 Loved the bathroom large and spacious the hot tub was a plus. I will definitely stay again. The gym was awesome Tennis court didn't get to use much because of rain The kids loved that outdoor sports was abailable.

Wish it didn't rain so much .🫠

No full length mirror, what is a women to do? Really this is very annoying not seeing the bottom 1/2 of you and trying to get ready for a special night out. Also just a miss up, no spatula in kitchen.

I like the suite. Had everything you could need to make a decent meal. We even used the blender. I liked having the ice maker. The ample lighting made it easy to adjust to our liking. The Jacuzzi in the room was such a treat I will always be excited to come back

That I could only stay for the weekend. I'd like to come back for a week.
