Hollywood Beach Tower by Capital Vacations

Location was very good. Laundry room means a lot when away a week.

The surprise vacation time shire pitch was awkward. We only get vacations like this once every 3 years or so. I don't feel the need to have to explain that

The beach is right behind the building, u needed a key pass for all doors (safety). Kitchenette in room, supplied with pretty much what u wld need, size of room was good. They will hold ur luggage if u r early checking in and a key pass so u can use the pool & parking pass if u have a car. (But they charge u per/ day for parking)

We weren't told about the things going on the property, like nothing about breakfast didn't even know where it was, so we never went. They do ask you to sit through a 90-minute talk to try to get you to get a time share, so be prepared for that, we didn't know this until after checking in. We had a Murphy bed in our room, and it was not comfy.

I love the security and that you have to have a key to get in. I have a young kid so knowing the hotel is secure means the most to me. Sam is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and always gives us a warm welcome the few times we have staid.

I think the rooms could use a little extra attention when people check out. I don’t like seeing old coffee at the bottom of my supposed to be cleaned cups when we check in and the bath tub still dirty.

The bathroom was dark need led lighting installed, a small round vanity mirror would be nice in the bathroom to. Heard from numerous guest how awful the Murphy beds where. Are bed was ok. But needs serta perfect sleeper mattresses maybe some softer sheets. The color of the building needs to be updated. Would look beautiful white with a blue trim on the side and the pool area. Kinda the blue tropical color that Margaritaville has. Also the outside snack bar could stay open longer. The indoor areas are very clean but I felt like it was outdated 90s vibe going on in there. But definitely a beautiful property. Could use a facelift.

Turns out this is a timeshare type of property. The residence are extremely friendly. The staff was incredible. The location was perfect, easy to get to easy to park . Convenient to walk everywhere.

The room I attained was called a studio . Which had a Murphy bed. I would perfer a real king size bed.

I loved that the rooms were very clean and were exactly like the pictures on booking.com and i love love the ocean view room really everything in the room was exceptional i really wasn’t expecting that. The king size bed was soo comfy. The location on the beach was also great!

Well i cant say the food because we are in a pandemic and that limit the amount of food and what to serve but the food was very limited but can’t judge them by that. They did their best especially because of the pandemic

Comfortable king bed, pool was nice but why wait to heat until November 15th? Wristband keys are an amazing idea!

The smell in our hallway and room was strange. The room smelled like Maple syrup and the hallway smelled of cheese or Maple syrup, rather strange!!!! Longer snack bar hours and maybe some happy hour drink specials. The room was clean just a little dated.

everything pool area great music good food and drinks , games fun ,(John) is super nice,clean all around someone always cleaning!

A few little hiccups, also didn’t like capital sitting downstairs and upstairs. we didn’t want to b bother on vacation, we knew what it was so we would have asked ourselves,felt like prey.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean in our king room, which was very comfortable.

Went to our assigned room and another couple was in it. Went back to desk and got reassigned a room. Had to have our keys programmed twice. Friends we were with had to have their keys reprogrammed several times. I had to go back to the desk again because I wasn’t given my credit card and license after check in. Waited at least 5 minutes before clerk found it. Front desk was quite disorganized. One elevator was out of order for a day so one operating made it a long wait.

Great location on the broadwalk & beach. Room was clean & ready on time. All staff we dealt with were very helpful & courtesy!

This is an RCI resort, when you pick up your parking pass, they try to schedule you for a free breakfast (RCI timeshare presentation).
