Fillmore Suits

Great location. Only steps to the beach and many great restaurants. Recently renovated and clean apartment. Small, but good for 3 people. Any more would have been too crowded. Close to Hard Rock Cafe and Casino and Guitar Hotel. Walking distance to access the Water Taxi to Ft. Lauderdale. Close to airport. Any questions I had prior or during our stay was answered via email or text.

Would have liked to have hooks to hang towels and/or clothes. More towels also. Only had one washcloth and bath towel per person for 5 nights. And one hand towel. Kitchen was supplied with everything needed for a short stay, but did not find a wine opener. Parking spaces were very narrow. Be careful parking.

The rugs in the living room and bedroom need to be changed or gotten rid of. The place is clean but the shaggy rugs are not vacuumed and are very dusty with hair strands apparent.

the location is perfect! right on the boardwalk with many fun places nearby and lots to do. loved how clean it was and the space was roomy for a group of 4. packed with most essential items for your stay. would stay again if we visit the area.

small tiny fridge: we could only put a bottle of milk, 6 eggs, and maybe 6 waters and it was packed. there's only 2 spots to dry towels... 3 racks in bathroom and 1 rack in bedroom that we couldn't reach bc it was so high. its hard to dry towels for a group of 4. we also would have liked 1 or 2 chairs... we took turns eating on the floor in the living room area. a/cs were a hit or miss... sometimes they worked sometimes they didnt.

The room was beautiful and clean. Easy to get into. Location was perfect. Most comfortable bed. Customer service Jill very helpful with an issue I had with pre check and my account and former account. She was patient and got me through it!!

Sleeping on sofa bed, light was way too bright outside. 🌞 Hot water never got hot for even the first shower. Having to do so much work to clean up before leaving was a little inconvenient. Paying 268.00 for a night then having to do half the work of the cleaning crew was something we hadn't experienced before. The three of us did it quickly but it took time away from us leaving when we planned.

Excellent and responsive staff that get back with you immediately. Someone accidentally parked in my parking spot and within minutes they had him remove his vehicle. They provided us with high chairs for the kids, a bunch of chairs for the beach, and even shovels and sand castles for the kids to play on the sand. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, and had everything you needed including Roku TV. They make it feel like home. And if you want to be close to the beach, it doesn’t get closer than this place. From the front door of the apartment it’s about 45 seconds until you get to the sand. Highly recommended!!

My family really loved the proximity of the Hollywood boardwalk and beach. It’s about 2 min or less walking distance which I didn’t realize when booking so that was def a plus. There are a lot of shops on the boardwalk or stores nearby driving distance if you rent a car. Five below, Burlington, Ross, Walmart, Dollar Tree and Aventura mall isn’t far if you’re looking to shop. The property has reserved parking for your unit. I also liked the virtual check in process but a host is available via text or phone should you ever need anything.

I don’t really have any “complaints”. Our unit was small for a fam of 4. Perfect for a couple or a couple w/one child. I suggest you bring your own bed sheets just in case as ours did not smell or look freshly washed. That could’ve been an isolated incident though. I do wish they had been more transparent about the deposit required beforehand however, I did get it back before they said I would.

The location was great! The suite was nice and cozy. We really were impressed that they had beach chairs accessible, so we didn't have to rent any. Steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The food was good from boardwalk restaurants close by. If traveling to the area again, I'd definitely try to get a suite at Fillmore.

When we arrived there was trash at the top of the steps, which was there until Saturday. The wifi didn't work the first night, so there was nothing to watch on the TV since all rooms had smart TV. Didn't know the laundry would be coined. I didn't bring any quarters and shops/restaurants were not down to give out any.

Never met any staff. Big problem with the online deposit payment request...fee increased from 300$ to 3000$ on payment submission

location was awesome, so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Great bang for your buck and I loved the keypad entry. Although we didn’t notice till right before checkout, there were two beach towels under the bed! wish we knew, it would have saved us money in chair rentals.

As mentioned in some reviews there were only two small hooks in the hallway for your bath towels. wish there were hooks inside the bathroom for bath and hand towels.
