Beautiful hotel

My parents are 76 yrs young & was locked out of their room 2 nights in a row. A staff member was rude about it. He stated that there nothing he can do until the next morning when maintenance was there. He made us feel like he wasn't going to let them in their room or they had to go somewhere else for the night. I then asked did he have a master key to let them in their room. Eventually he used the master key to let them in their room.

Location was great, family friendly, also very comfy beds and clean rooms. Loved the large walk in showers, great for kids to quickly wash up! Great location, 25 minutes to Key Largo, next to a Target for all quick needs, Pinecrest Bakery is also close by which is great for delicious Cuban food.

We couldn't get conjoined rooms, just next to each other - still not bad, but with 6 kids, we were hoping to have connecting rooms.

Convenient for a one night stop for our family when we were on our way to the Keys- since it's right across a shopping area you can walk to the shops and get equipped for the rest of your trip and get ready for your big Florida adventure!

I probably would not recommend this for longer stays, we might use this hotel again on another trip when we will want to go into the Everglades or go Back to the Keys from Miami.

The bathroom door does not provide adequate privacy. We were part of a large party that was turned away from the hotel bar......we were told that it was “last call”, only to witness the bartender serving 3 customers moments later who were served for 2 hours. We felt discriminated against. Our large party spent thousands of dollars on rooms and food & beverage. Not a good look. 👎🏻 Will never re-book based on this unprofessionalism.

The location was close to great stores and food even late night food choices the staff was great very helpful and ALWAYS nice! I had a double Queen bed room it was spacious and very comfortable.

Only thing I was not fond of was the breakfast there was no free breakfast but options to pay for continental breakfast or made to order things🤷‍♀️

Cleaness, friendly staff

The breakfast service is not a pleasant one. It is $12/person. The food is fine given the price, but they charge you extra $2 or $4 (I forgot the exact number) for bringing you just a glass of orange juice without telling you having to pay for it. You are also expected to pay tip when you sign your name and room number on the breakfast bill.

The staff, morning and night, were so welcoming, accommodating and friendly! Made you feel welcomed and special! Was perfectly located for our needs! Rooms were Clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and so many nice choices.

Carpet in rooms could use some updating but other than that, nothing!

The room was modern and stylish, it was also huge! The room was quiet, relaxing and ice cold when we got in which was perfect for Florida.

There were no coffee cups in the lobby when we were walking out and nobody around to replace them. We didn’t have time to stay for breakfast but if we did we wouldn’t have for an additional $12 a person anyway.

This is such a beautiful hotel! The perfect stay when I travel to visit my sister. Anastasia (not sure on spelling) is AMAZING, so professional and friendly. It meant a lot that she remembered me from my previous stay! Rooms were great size and the beds are so comfy compared to other hotels.

very clean and convenient. this is our new go to! I could walk to Target- literally in parking lot and other areas of shopping. great area to run also.

the breakfast is noted by other guests to be $12 but it is now $14. they do have free coco and coffee bar. they also have snack area that was reasonably priced.
