Candlewood Suites - Miami Exec Airport - Kendall, an IHG Hotel

I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't receive housekeeping service to keep up the cleanliness of my room and I wasn't asked about receiving it either. That was a turn off for me because I had my wife with me who had surgery while we were there and I couldn't leave her alone to go hunt down housekeepers for toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and clean bath towels all the time so that was a problem for me that definitely needs to be addressed and fixed. I stayed there for 6 days Dec 7-Dec 13 and I paid good money $1000.... And we didn't receive no housekeeping. Fix that problem Candlewood. Thank you

very roomy, good kitchen. comfortable

although good location for some, it was far from where we were spending our time. we stayed one week so no cleaning service. we needed cleaning products to clean ourselves. there were none. so for the price we paid we should have had a fresh up clean mid week or a supply of cleaning products. we dumped our trash each day in the dumpster in parking lot. no where to put recycling either.

I visit that often. I love the secluded aspect of it. Staff is always njce

Although when arriving was told that they were over booked and my room wasn't ready. Was offer to downgrade but was also offer a suite although the dishwasher was not working I was ok with that. But there appears to be a couple of bugs around and I am assuming because the room was not being use. All and all I will still visit. My away from a world

Check in with Abi was smooth pleasant. Decent location perfect for visiting family nearby

The plates were not washed they were dirty in the cabinet and the toiletries needed to be replenished the lotion was opened. We request a refill and change and it was done. It took all Day but the staff were so polite lovely

Staff was great. Hotel and room were very clean. Due to covid understandably there was no housekeeping. We did have to ask that the garbage be picked up as there were several bags in the hall from various rooms that sat for a couple of days. Otherwise the room had everything we needed and very comfortable.

PARKING.PARKING.PARKING.....TERRIBLE, There was a semi truck parked in the entrance lane for the entire 4 days we were there. Every night we came home we had to hope there was a parking space available. People were parking everywhere including the front entrance circle where you check in. In front of the garbage dumpsters, handicap spots, One night we came back and there were no spots available. We were told by front desk to park at the hotel next door. We had to ask the hotel next door for permission to park in there lot so my vehicle was not towed. Luckily they let us with no problem. Very poor planning.......very frustrating!!! Gym had no towels or cleaning supplies to sanitize the equipment before and after use.

The hotel was a good value. The small kitchenette came in handy and the room had plenty of space. We liked having a recliner chair in the room.

We had to ask for a pot as three lids were provided but no pots. We also did not get a second hand towel or any wash clothes. We also had a problem with the shampoo and body wash dispensers.

I loved everything about it, super clean and accommodating!

I didn’t like the general location, there’s nothing to do in the area. So if you’re looking specifically for a hotel with things in the area to do, this is not it. Over all, nice place if you have a car rental. Otherwise you’ll end up having to take a Uber & Lyft everywhere.

The included amenities were a great surprise and great value!

Hallways outside of the rooms were not air conditioned, but this is a VERY minor complaint as the room was comfortable

Our room was clean and comfortable. Samantha was super friendly checking us in and the hotel was close to everything we needed/visited during our stay. Even though it’s right across the street from the Miami Executive Airport we had no issues whatsoever with airplane noise disturbing us (and our room was directly across from the runway).

Everyone was very nice, approachable, and as accommodating as possible.

That the laundry room was always booked up due to having to have an appointment because of covid
