The room was Very nice and the rooftop was a great place to have our evening drink. The staff in the restaurant were terrific. There was a nice box breakfast for us since covid was still going on.
No ice for our evening drink. Never saw the check in staff. We had easy check in after hours (7Pm) but never saw anyone for the rest of our stay. We could not ask questions about breakfast, ice or anything or places to go. Small bathroom sink and limited towel racks. Wasn’t told about the street construction next to our room.

This is a boutique hotel (7 rooms, I believe), located in a very well kept 1909 building in historic Jensen Beach. It is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and a wonderful diner/bakery for breakfast. It is located on the second floor above a restaurant and has an elevator. It also is quite near the FEC railroad main line, so you may expect to hear train whistles from time to time, faintly. I believe that adds to the charm of the place, which is highly unusual in Florida due to its age and the nice, laid-back vibe of Jensen Beach.
There is no staff except at check in, which took some getting used to, but really I have nothing bad to say.

There isnt any ice but thats the only thing negative. They do have 2 full size refrigerators though so you can get your own

Great location, inn was charming. Staff very nice. The first night I was awoken by some kind of critter in/on the roof. It scratched and walked around for about 2 hrs. I am sure this was an unusual 1 time occurence but I got no sleep that night.
