Holiday Inn & Suites Orlando SW - Celebration Area, an IHG Hotel

Location was great for access to old Town, Fun Spot, Celebration, Disney parks, and Medieval times. Rooms were large, clean, and well appointed, with mini fridge, microwave, Flat Screen TV, desk, armchair and large dresser. Quiet room, multiple elevator's, close parking, numerous vending machines for drinks or snacks.

1 room had very wet carpet, armchairs in both rooms had filthy arms, needed steam cleaning. Shower worked fine, but paint was peeling in several spots. Everything else was good.

Our room was very clean, but somewhat dated. the A/C in particular was very noisy. They served an excellent breakfast, while not included, if you went to the front desk, was very reasonably priced. everyone in the dining area was extremely friendly. they had a nice pool, hot tub, etc., and there was nearly every restaurant in the area that you could ask for.

rooms were super comfortably. bathroom was big with massive counter space. was very clean as well. staff were all very nice and helpful. amazing location. right next to a few restaurants, food trucks and in close proximity to Disney World

only one shuttle per day to/from Disneyworld (per park). if you want to stay for the fireworks then you will have to find your own transportation home. breakfast was $13 per person per day

I enjoyed the fact that it was in the center of all things Orlando , attractions , even walking distance to nearby restaurants and things do enjoy with the family .

The room I received was renovated, very neat and up to date ! Hotel apparently has been keeping up , unfortunately the new AC unit they have isn’t functioning and still have the old unit by the balcony /terrace area .. besides that everything was up to expectations.

We originally booked with a place across the street and it was a nightmare there. Holiday Inn saved the day and were very accommodating for our last minute change of plans. The man at the front desk was nice and got us taken care of quickly. He even offered help getting my money back from the other place. Our room was clean and cool and everything was orderly and fresh looking. My kids were loved the little dove soap bars in the bathroom 😆 My husband and I even took advantage of the on site bar and each got a drink which were very yummy!

Everything was satisfactory.

Our stay was the price of what we expected! It had all the basic and sufficiency for the needs of our stay. We were able to swim in the pool exercise in the gym have breakfast and and enjoy and explore the surrounding attractions and the many different food trucks!! The staff was super friendly(helpful) and very polite.

I would suggest that for the balcony they have more than one chair and perhaps close the openings of the rails they are a little too wide; It could pose a safety hazard! Other than that Everything was great and enjoyable 😉!

The staff that I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. The value received was excellent.

The only chair in the room was a hard chair at the desk in the room. would have welcomed a soft seat in the room for comfortable reading. Most hotel rooms in my experience have one, even in a standard room.

everything was accessible to me. I was able to walk to the stores that I needed to go to and it had a really great amusement park not too far away.

The first night that I got there (June 17, 2022) apparently, a transformer blew next door which left the entire building without power for almost 2 hours, starting around 8:15pm to almost 10pm. There was very little information being said to the guests.

The personal working there is the heart and soul of the Hotel and very helpful (Phone calls, Printing etc.) Especially Sabrina from the Check-in counter, she is an angel. The rooms are comfy and clean. (I had a Queen Suite with a pantry Kirchen.) I paid an average price and got an over-average Hotel. Would definitly come again.
