Barefoot'n Resort

Clean and comfortable, located about 10 minutes drive to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and about 15 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom (we used rideshare), Old Town shops right across the street and restaurants/groceries nearby, it was great to have a full size kitchen & living room & coffee machine, front desk staff was helpful! Room was private and secure with a lockbox in the closet, gated community entry, a foyer shared with only one other unit, and (dowbnstairs unit) has direct access to the pool & playground & sand volleyball court.

Upstairs noisy neighbor had some dogs that were annoying but that isn't the resort's fault. Very limited onsite refreshments, just one vending machine. Other than that no complaints!

I appreciated that we were allowed to drop off our luggage at the front desk early on the day of check-in and then come back later in the day to check-in. They even got a room prepared earlier than normal check in if we wanted to return early. The suite was clean, comfy and spacious. We were on the bottom floor. Location was great. We walked to the Old Town stores right across the road and to Fun Spot America. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Our suite's back sliding door was a few steps from the pool. The pool and hot tub were nice. We used them each night. The washer and dryer came in handy. We used the full sized kitchen for breakfast mostly.

The free wifi was limited to 2 devices. There was a web page to disconnect the devices but it wasn't working so the first 2 that got on were the ones connected the whole time. We didn't get the large tub that we saw on the pictures in Booking but that was ok, we used the hot tub by the pool.

Beautiful property very well kept. Close to shopping spots, attractions, and places to eat.

what I didn’t like is the $200 security deposit, I don’t remember seeing that anywhere. I asked what if I don’t have it? the response was “you won’t get the money back you prepaid with , and you’ll need to find somewhere else to stay.” My sister was at Westgate Resort which had tons of amenities and she only paid a $50 security deposit. BEWARE of the kitchen!!! there’s only a microwave and refrigerator. The computer work station is 1 computer at a small table across from the front desk. Not exactly how it’s described Those are the reasons I would not got back.

clean and well- equipped gated townhouse-like room. great staff and very accommodating when I asked to check out an hour late because my daughter was exhausted from her weekend.

Nothing to complain about. we did have an issue in the early morning when we had a bunch of raccoons surrounding the garbage bin and around our car, but it was early in the morning….you can’t fault a hotel for animals doing their thing, lol

Great place to stay around Orlando and visiting the parks! The Resort is located near 'Old Town' for a fun night out as well. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Safe parking spot and great system to go in and out whenever you like!

No (daily) cleaning service.

Great location, apartment was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would need for a prolonged stay. Pool area was excellent.

Security of patio doors was suspect (defective lock) and fly screen was in need of some maintenance. Air Conditioning Units next to patio were not ideal as they were quite noisy.

Great location, beautiful place. We loved it, and so did our two-year-old kid. Walking distance to stores and restaurants in "old town", short drive to Disney. In cold winter evenings, the hot tub is fantastic. We appreciate that the pool area is open until 11 pm. Good value. The best accommodation during our Florida holiday!

I don't understand the resort fee. As every guest has to pay it anyway, it would seem more transparent to simply include the amount in the regular price.

I wasn't made aware of breakfast being available. As far as the location of my room, it was very different from what was featured online. The view from the bedroom area was sad to say the least.

The person on duty (a male employee) at check-in/registration was not cordial; very blunt and not very helpful with information on how to access the accommodations. His customer report was lacking.

The room was very big and very confortable, we loved the fact that had laundry. We felt so conformatble that we extended our stay. The location is super to go to disney land, and have close super market, pharmacy. We will come back for sure

Perfect resort for Disneyland! the rooms were big and they have a washing machine and dryer! Some of the things we liked: - Washing Machine and Dryer in the room - No bed bugs or cockroaches - Super Safe neighbourhood - Free Parking - Soundproof windows that makes the room quiet
