Hyatt Place Melbourne/Palm Bay

I enjoyed the breakfast. If pancakes were available, I would have given it an excellent rating, Location was excellent, near all the stores, restaurants and I-95 highway. Check-in/checkout was efficient and quick.

Having a microwave oven in the room would have been nice. However, was able to use the one in the dining area, so was only a minor inconvenience. Can't think of anything else.

Neatly situated by the highway, close to restaurants and with their own free breakfast, gym, and pool, this is a great hotel for overnight stays or ultimate destinations if you have family in the area or are attending an event.

The TV would glitch every few minutes. For background sound or if you want to watch a show, it can be annoying when you miss something important because the sound stopped and the picture morphed into the stuff of nightmares.

it was very clean and everyone was so nice. the lady at the front desk ( I think she was a manager ) remembered my name a couple days later and it was only the second time I had talked to her, and I thought that was amazing! the room was great and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! it was a little pricey but if I can afford it I would definitely stay again!

the pool was cold. I don’t think it was heated. my son only used it once.

The person at reception was very friendly and welcoming! Once checked in, I left and came back 30 minutes later and she greeted me by name! I have never had that happen in all my years of staying at hotels! It was very nice!

We used the sofa bed in our room. Sheets were not that clean. There were crumbs and long hair on top of the sheets. I’m guessing it fell through the cushions from someone before sitting on the sofa. It was late at night, I just brushed it off.

Breakfast was great. liked the warm options.

Perhaps some vegetarian options for example, oat or soy milk. They need microwaves in the rooms or to adjust the policy to 2 or more days to make available in room since there is no onsite restaurant

Breakfast was rather skimpy. Most hotels have more options. There was some wait for the individual trays, so one got breakfast before the other two in our group. The micro wave was hard to figure out if it had stopped or was it still running after opening the door. These are not complaints, but just for ideas for improving. The food was good and the area was clean.

We stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the 1st night. I had to request clean towels. Then I had to go down to the lobby to get the towels. .............................................

Breakfast was average. Need muffins and yogurt in closed containers.

Booked a 2 queen bed and when I arrived I was given a room with a 1 king bed. Not happy. I was traveling with 2 kids. Eventually they gave me the room I booked but I should not have had to go through this.

Obviously recently opened, this modern establishment was clean, well run and nicely furnished. The breakfast was really nice, with staff attending to everything all the time. A nice place to stay.

Nothing really except overly soft pillows, but then I find that in most U.S motels.

The room was great as well as, staff, and breakfast.

There was another person staying that was purposely making noise, yelling and starting trouble with someone who was trying to get her to quiet down. One other thing is having to request for house keeping 24 hours prior was a bit of a pain. Besides those things it was a great couple days.

Lovely modern, beautifully presented hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great location, shops and eateries close by. Staff, particularly Johnathan at front desk super friendly and helpful. Rooms large, tastefully decorated and beds very comfortable.
