Hampton Inn & Suites West Melbourne-Palm Bay Road

Staff was great the room was excellent, couldn't find any problems with the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Usually all the Hamptons that we've stayed at the breakfast very good this particular Hampton left off some of the main items that they should have had, like they did not have biscuits and gravy no patty sausage. The eggs were cold and the sausage links tasted funny could not eat them.

The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious with a cheery and well-lit ambience. Noise from outside of the room was minimal. Given the side tables, desk, and movable foot rest (all of which were in good condition), there was ample room for two opened suitcases and other bags/backpacks. The front desk staff (available 24/7) were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of eggs, potatoes, oat meal, etc. The hotel is within walking distance of a Wawa and is conveniently located right off of Palm Bay road. This was my second stay here (traveling for business with my family) and the accommodations represent a good value for the price.

If one arrives at the hotel late (after 8:00 PM), one may have to park in the back of the hotel, though the hotel's side entrances make the trek to one's car shorter in this case. The sliding door that covers the bathroom entrance doesn't seem to have a locking mechanism. Also, there wasn't a vending machine on my floor, but one can buy convenience items from the shop on the first floor lobby.

The 2 young ladies at the front desk were so friendly, welcoming and helpful! More so than I've seen in a long time. They answered all our questions. Breakfast was wonderful.

I honestly can't think of anything! Maybe the pillows could have been a bit more like real pillows. They felt like the stuffing to shams, but that isn't really anything I would ask to change, to picky!!!

Concern with communications between housekeeping and front desk. We were supposed to have housekeeping each day but did not. When I ask about it, we were told it would be taken care of. It was not.

The staff was fantastic. All where knowledgeable, outgoing, funny and always helpful with any question or situation presented to them. I also liked the size of our room and how it was cleaned each day.

Breakfast was just OK. All the bread, bagels and muffins were all cold. I felt they could have put them out sooner so they could be at room temperature. There was no sharp knife available to complete cutting the bagels in half so you could toast them. You had to open a package containing a knife, folk and spoon to get access to the plastic knife which you needed to finish cutting the bagel and to apply butter or jelly.

I like the location, breakfast was good, and I like the fact that I could get coffee anytime! The young man at the front desk was very helpful, one night the toilet in our room 221 wasn't flushing and he went all out to find me a plunger. Thank You!

Everything. When chking out, I stopped to get some ice and left my fone on the ice machine, but didn't know it. I was already on the freeway when I realized I couldn't find my fone. I called it and Amanda answered saying the fone was turned in and it would be at the front desk. After trying to get some cookies for a couple of days and was always late, I called one day and asked them to save me some....which they did. Awesome service.

Staff was wonderful, facility & rooms top notch, clean and inviting. Location is great. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, nothing negative to report.

lots of kids running around late into the night. we didn’t get a good sleep the first night and left early the second evening because of the same thing. we packed up and drove home rather than trying any more to sleep. they didn’t even try to refund money or make amends. just said sorry as we were leaving at 9:30 at night…

During this time of the Covid Virus, the hotel was surprising clean and very conscious of keeping my room sanitized. The breakfast was a typical buffet except the hotel had a employee serving by request of what you wanted to protect guests from any contamination. The food was good. My waffle was cooked on the spot and there was always plenty of hot coffee.

I like the electronic card for opening doors. I had a difficult time figuring out to get into the hotel and sometimes in my room. I think if the clerk gave a little instruction on how to use it would be helpful. I don't like using a digital access.
