Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell-Port of Miami

The location and the breakfast, the view of the rooms are great. I had the chance to have both, front and back view. My favorite is the one of the back, you can see the canal and the yachts.

In my first stay we had more breakfast options as yogurt and orange juice, but this one didn't have them, besides that a couple of the milks were expired

It was cute, clean, super close to where I needed to be and easy. The staff was pleasant and my suite was huge and comfy.

The elevator broke down a couple times and that's kinda scary when you're on a high floor with big luggage trying to check out. Didn't happen to me but I saw it happen to a few people.

Property was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

We had ordered a shuttle through the front desk. Our designated pick up time came and went. We inquired and were told that it would be a couple of minutes. After 30 minutes past our pick up time, we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes. We waited the 10 minutes and still nothing. The front desk woman knew we were there as we were standing right in front of her the entire time. She never took the initiative to stay on top of the situation and keep us updated. By this time we were already late for where we needed to go. After asking again and being told it would be another 5-10 minutes, we finally called an Uber. He was there in 3 minutes and only cost us $13 total for all 5 of us rather than the $12 per person the hotel was charging for the shuttle that never arrived.

It was Convenient, located downtown, walking distances to stores and restaurants, breakfast was ok, limit selections, I would have loved a boiled egg but the fried egg was good. I loved the view from the window. The hotel provided a shuttle to the Miami port, which was 12$ a piece for each person. It was close to the metro mover

The room that I was in was small, the drain in the shower and tub drained very slow, the toilet seat was very low to the floor and had to flush the toilet 3-4 times before it cleared the urine or feces. There was only one working elevator which was horrible

This was our 3-night stay prior to a cruise and we liked this hotel very much. Excellent service, very friendly & helpful staff, clean and comfortable room and great location. We appreciated the breakfast being included. Overall it was a great stay. We do recommend to anyone who needs somewhere to stay before/after a cruise.

The breakfast choice was a little bit limited. More breakfast options to choose from would be appreciated.

I like everything. The room, the breakfast and the cleanness of the room. Everything was great.

Location was good in terms of proximity to food and transport. The area was a little dodgy and run-down though. The Miami River from the breakfast room was nice. Room itself was great. Enough room, comfy bed and very clean. Was great for the overnighter before going to our cruise at the Port of Miami. The lobby was very comfortable and the hotel provided a shuttle to the port that was cheap.

Didn't feel super secure. Additionally, one of the lifts was out and this meant that we had a loooong wait to get up to our room as the hotel was busy.

Very nice renovated property with spacious rooms. It had a separate living room area with a comfy couch and floor to ceiling windows for a nice view. The bedroom was big enough to hold two very comfortable queen size beds and still have ample room to move around in without feeling congested. The room was very clean, with lots of storage space and I loved the marble floors. Located within walking distance or a short Uber ride from attractions and dining.

Room wasn't ready at check-in time and check-in staff operates on "Miami time". Valet parking staff was very friendly and accommodating, but where they park the cars is far so it takes a while for them to walk to get your car...plan to request for your car at least 20mins before you need to depart for your destination...even earlier during peak morning check-out and shift change times.

The breakfast was great, I do wish they offered more in the meat selections but overall I really can’t complain. The 2 ladies who work the breakfast are great at restocking, cleaning, keeping up with demand. The hotel was clean, our room was a queen suite so it was more than enough room for 4 of us. Maid service came in once but we were only there for 4 days which was perfect. Overall it was a great stay for what we paid. I do recommend to anyone staying in Miami or anyone who needs somewhere to stay the night before/after a cruise.

Not too much I didn’t like, the pool could be cleaned a little more often but it’s sitting right directly under a tree so they could be doing that all day.

The hotel was beautiful and we were permitted to wait in the lobby for our cruise boarding. the breakfast was wonderful

I didn’t like that they charged so much for a bottle of water for guests. my daughter and I walked a few blocks and got an entire case for what they charged for 1 bottle. Totally unnecessary and a rip off for guests who pay to stay there. As stated above, the breakfast was wonderful but there were so many guests, the staff was not able to keep the food available. I had an omelet that was cold.
