Very convenient location, big spacious room with a great view, big and clean bathroom and shower space, plenty of drinking water and fresh towels left in the room every day. The concierge team members were extremely friendly and helpful.
Unlike the concierge team, the receptionists, although professional, were not very friendly or overly helpful. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment during the stay, so it was noisy with a lot of drilling sounds. Room was not ready upon check in, even though early check in was requested at the time of booking, and I had to wait a couple of hours.

I didn't like the service at the restaurant. I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered to my room. It was waiting downstairs for 2 hours when I specifically ask for room service.

The staff at the hotel is a 10 out of 10...The location is very good
The hotel lost my reservation, and I got stuck in the lobby for about 1/2 hour. I had no way to contact Booking.com since you do not have a phone number to call. I sent you an email to help me explain to the staff what had happened, and all I got was a canned email in response....really annoying on your part Booking.com...The only way I got to stay at the hotel was when a manager looked into my dilemma, and realized that they had received the request but had not loaded it into their system...

The hotel has a cosmopolitan feel to it, which I really loved. I only wish I had known about DJ spinning live on Thursdays as I love dancing! There were delicious breakfast options on offer for every taste. The male concierge went beyond and above his call of duty to make us feel welcomed. He was incredibly kind and helpful with every little request I had, finding locations, telephones, etc. quickly and with good humour. Maria from the reception was very professional and welcoming every time we spoke with her. When my car became stuck in between two huge vehicles and I was unable to get in, she was a tremendous assistance with her solutions. Thank you all!
Please make sure the pool is cleaned properly - I saw a little knot of hair and some debris floating in the water a couple of times! Also, nobody seems to be showering before entering the pool - the reason may be that the shower is located almost kind of behind the pool attendant's booth, and is quite hard to spot the first time. Please put some clear signs directing quests to the outdoor shower and insist people do use it!

Delicious Breakfast, extremely clean Room, Incredible Panoramic View of Downtown and Ocean ( even a part of Miami Beach ), the location is amazing , so close to the Skyviews Miami Obs. Wheel and Bubba Gump snd shoping stores ! My second time in Miami and second time at intercontinental also. Love the huge Lobby and the kindness of staff members, can't wait to visit you again, InterConti !
I missed the Lounge , unfortunately our first reservation was cancelled because the renovation process of executive Lounge during our stay. Club Room with Lounge access is amazing !

The room was not clean properly, but I guess it’s understandable since they allowed us a very early check-in. But other than that it was a wonderful stay.
The bar is a nice spot to be seen at. The shrimp was so delicious at the bar. Bartender Clint is the best.
